That sucks Jay, I hope he makes as full a recovery as possible. Me: went to the polls at 7:15, unlike every election they've held since I moved here the polls didn't open till 8. Returned home and hung out with Lily for 45 minutes which was nice. Returned to the polls, voted, SSDD thereafter.

I'm a little nervous about what appear to be wood screws securing the tube sockets. I'd be simple enough to replace them if that's what is going on and probably worth the effort.

I wonder if it's future mini-usb to be fully compatible with the new Macbook line? I suppose that's the logical assumption but odd that they would modify every chassis for it before it's ready for prime time.
