  1. Lowes won't have them but you local hardware store should.
  2. Yeah, but only slightly annoying for a case that cheap. I bit the bullet as well, way to handy to have a couple of these around for stuff.
  3. Markertek had a bunch of them on sale a month or so ago, I'd check prices there for sure.
  4. Refresh?
  5. Alleged leaked photos... Photos, details leaked on expected Kindle | Crave - CNET
  6. The only thing audio-wise that I have organized is my tube drawer and that's only to keep them all out of site of my wife. Parts are housed in a dresser organized by "project drawers" which is a pretty awful way of doing it but the best I've managed so far. Still I routinely have to dig through every drawer to find what I'm looking for.
  7. I bought an electronic grill ignition system to replace the one that broke on my gas grill. Got home, installed it and was promptly shocked by 12kV, thankfully at a very low current level. Still hurt like a sonofabitch though.
  8. DIY parts from Headamp.
  9. Heck yes, Richard is a first class guy.
  10. Oh shit, it's Captain Negativity! Hey Jimmy.
  11. Amanda Palmer and Murder By Death - Limited Edition Split 7" Vinyl Yeah, yeah, I don't even have a vinyl rig setup so I'll be shipping this to Rain Man Records for ripping. But what's not to love about Amanda Palmer teamed up with Zeo Keating even if it's only for one song? And MBD covering Ms. Palmer doesn't exactly hurt my feelings either.
  12. Figured this might be news worthy. Will Anybody Buy The New Large-Format Kindle? | GadgetLab
  13. I found the recipe for Cinnabon rolls but decided not to make that variety, they just use an insane amount of sugar. Like three to four times the normal amount.
  14. Well, this is a step in the right direction. Welcome back.
  15. x3 Mike, I hope all goes according to plan.
  16. mmmm, cinnamon, reminds me of my baking DIY project this weekend.
  17. Nice work Gary!
  18. Steve, We need to do something about those screws you used no the XLR. I have some #4 screws that should work, I'll send a few your way (with any other options I have) to use on this and other projects.
  19. I'm jealous guys, must be a blast to get together and DIY like that. And that amp is looking sweet Steve.
  20. I've got an old massive one now but for my shop and my projects a smaller lathe would be infinitely better.
  21. I'd also like to take a minute and thank both Nelson Pass and Jon Ver Halen (Lowther America) who have been exceptionally generous with their time in helping me with the Cicada issue. Without their help I'd have no options right now. Not that it was ever in doubt but they are both class acts.
  22. Thanks for the kind words guys. Stretch, I see what you did right there. Greg, I find the key to a uniform braid is as simple as having a solid anchor point. That lets you have a consistent tension on the wires and keep the same relative angle as you progress.
  23. We'll see. It has a damaged cone (unclear exactly how much) but it works so it's a step in the right direction.
  24. Please explain yourself via PM.
  25. Slightly damaged Cicada driver to hopefully aid in repair of the Larvae.
