The diameter of the hole is only part of it. Assuming that the speakers have the typical embedded threaded insert you'll also need to know the # of threads per inch which won't be easily measured.

Report the PM (just like you would a post) and encourage to do the same. Not much I or any other mod can do until you do that.

There's a post on HF about this. Someone got through to the Customer Service folks and evidently they're been overwhelmed with orders and you'll either get them, be offered a spot on a back-order list, or have your order canceled depending on when you ordered and how much stock they have.

Note: the IMEs offered for $99 are not the UE10's in the custom sense but are the Triple-Fi 10s, which are very different, universal IEMs. UE10 Triple-Fi 10 Just so there's no confusion.

I think there are good and bad places to have PCBs made and the "where" part of the equation doesn't have much to do with it. Imagineering has a proven track record of producing quality boards, that's good enough for me.
