  1. With Outkast keeping Oasis out of the RnRHOF, there really was only one choice tonight.
  2. That's very Spanish of you!
  3. Message from the male offspring, with accompanying Spotify link. "I feel like this today. A bit lost, but resolute, and ultimately optimistic."
  4. Not even at my final twinkweight? Having a few issues with the guitar levels but I hope whoever miked the drums got an extra beer!
  5. Loving this song always makes me wonder if I'm gayer than I'm aware of? @swt61 may have to rule on this.
  6. The duality of man.
  7. "I'm glad you asked me where I'm from. I'm a bilingual illiterate. I can't read in two languages."
  8. Honestly, I think you should just put your feet up and have a wee dram? You know, to prepare. PS: I've got to ask you, who is WhiskyPriest? Been chatting with him on another forum and he's definitely a Plowedster and definitely knows you. Obviously if this violates secrets of the confessional then, you know, tell me to fuck off.
  9. This was the first Warren Zevon song I ever heard. In some mate's dorm room in the late '80s -- hardly his best or most productive period. But I remember thinking: "Huh, I should see what else this dude's done." Which was a very good idea.
  10. Song from 1982. Movie from 1991. I might have had a slight thing for Jennifer Connelly after this for MY ENTIRE LIFE. Who the foosh is that guy though, he must have been painting houses ever since?
  11. Happy Birthday Dood!
  12. This is a deep cut but these guys should have been huge. Potato quality due to obscurity.
  13. Alec and I were trading mid-90s rock bangers via text and it's the usual stuff you'd expect, but I got him with this one he'd never heard before. I love educating the younger generation.
  14. I hear this one as you carry the people you love with you always, even after they leave this life.
  15. Happy Birthday Steve!
  16. Sorry Al. RIP Tom. That offer still stands!
  17. I think this is one of the better songs ever written about dealing with the reality of death and losing your loved ones. It's kind of funny that its delivered here while yukking it up on the Tonight Show. Makes me cry every single fucking time.
