You are not going to stop this kind of occurrence by removing one tool. I never said that gun control was bad, good, or indifferent. Just that it would not stop this kind of tragedy. Gun control or arming teachers for that matter is a red herring and will not solve the problem. I think if we started realistically focusing on the root cause of problems we would all be better off. Treating symptoms does not cure the disease, it just makes you feel better, until you die.
