    Deals

Thanks Mike. I will take you up on it if it is the real deal. As Nate said they are back in stock but I am waiting to see if and when people start actually receiving a NAS. By the time it is straightened out they will probably be out of stock.

    HBDOTU

Couldn't say it much better than that. Happy Birthday Al!
  4. Huffy
  5. Congrats Vicki! I would go lugged myself but that's because I'm a classic.
  6. I am going to start using Crashplan with my Synology NAS because RAID IS NOT A BACKUP. Backblaze is not an option as they do not have a Linux version.
  7. You don't need IR with the Beacon. Phoneblet --BT--> Beacon --IR--> HT Components
  8. Done. Feel free to snicker.

Well shit, I missed out on getting one yesterday. Would have been perfect for backing up the 1512+. If anyone who scored one decides they do not want it I will buy it.
  10. I love Roomie Remote on the iPad. Unfortunately it is IOS only. It is so powerful and flexible I am thinking of buying a few older generation iPod touches to replace every other remote in the house.
  11. I have to strongly disagree with this statement. When Karen and her sister did the Chicago Hell Run, we stayed at the Hilton in Rosemont. It was quite nice and a lot of fun. There was quite an active nightlife at the mb financial park although to be honest much of that revolved around the bars.
  12. Look for hotels in Rosemont. They are significantly cheaper at any quality point compared to downtown hotels. You are right on the blue line so it is a straight shot to downtown Chicago. It is also close to OHare if you are flying in. The hotel for Canjam'10 was in Rosemont. The Fairmont, Wit and Swissotel are all very nice in downtown Chicago but they are not cheap.
  13. No problem. I run the Crank Bros candy on the MTB and my main shoes on that are my Keen Commuter II sandals. Also not too expensive but they run a bit narrow compared to my regular Keen sandals. I like being able to use any shoe with either bike.
  14. I'm using eggbeater pedals and Bontrager Race DLX shoes. Both pretty inexpensive but when I bought the shoes they were the most comfortable I tried on, and by no small margin. BTW, nice bike!
  15. The cost of graphene should be dropping shortly. It has lots of extremely lucrative uses outside of audio.
  16. I think that is the best assessment I have seen of the two phones.
  17. Noice! Love the saddle and bar wrap!
  18. ^^^ I'd take a spin on that.
  19. That is a sweet bike Jeff.
  20. Yep. I still have my 650.
  21. Happy Birthday!
  22. Actually it is a Panasonic and fortunately for me it is still (slightly) too big for him. You are prescient though as the Bridgestone will get a major overhaul this summer as I can now ride the Panasonic.
  23. New bike for Peter.
  24. Hope you have a bang on your birthday!
  25. Finally back home and catching up. Hope everyone is over the flu, fractures and whatever. Hope your sister recovers quickly Ken.
