Wow that really is scary Al. However, my wife thanks you as I kissed her after reading your post. She is currently training for the the Chicago marathon and I worry about her all the time.
There is a great Greek restaurant called The Olde Towne Grill and Seafood, 229 King St. It is right near Market Street where the old market is. We used to pig out there after beach volleyball tournaments on The Isle of Palms. Also you should check out the aquarium, not big but a really nice display.
We were at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms earlier in the summer. It was very nice and relaxing and not that hot in late June. Sounds like you are having a good time. Don't forget to drink a mint Julep, and drink it fast before too much of the ice melts into the Bourbon.
For the K701 that would be a big AYE AYE. Using the headband spring was a monumentally stupid idea, of course IMO. I wouldn't say this is necessarily true for every headphone however.
Before you buy another amp, if you have not already recabled them to a dual entry configuration, STOP: DO NOT PASS GO, get them recabled and then decide if you need a new amp.
Well it is not a universal. Peter is now five and we have managed to avoid both the Wiggles and Barney. I can live with Little Einsteins and the Imagination Movers.
I have found the same thing with the crappy recordings. I have also found that I almost universally prefer upsampling frequencies 176.4>88.2>96>192. Somehow seems a little weird to me.
