You're a lucky man Bryan. In the holiday spirit I made a Tom & Jerry Batter Separate 2 eggs. Mix the yolks with 2 tablespoons Demerra sugar and a pinch of freshly ground allspice, cloves and cinnamon until smooth and watery. Beat the egg whites until they peak then fold into the yolk mixture. The Drink Spoon two tablespoons of the batter into a mug. Add 2 oz Germain Robin Brandy and 2 oz Ron Zacapa Rum while constantly stirring. Top off with hot milk and stir until you reach the desired amount foam. Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
