  1. Happy Birthday Mr. DYI!
  2. True. I was thinking it would provide a nice contrast to all of the sharp edges and metal of the BHSE though.
  3. Dude, you have the interwebz. Get creative!
  4. That is going to look outstanding on the BHSE! Excellent job.
  5. Nice! I'm assuming it was a snow day for all.
  6. Happy Birthday Craig!
  7. Water is good! (when it is not leaking out of your pipes)
  8. Feel better Mike. I think I will be ready for that whiskey tonight Bryan, is your FAX ready?
  9. RIP Davy.
  10. The mini meet sounded awesome but your water leak not so much Shelly. I cancelled my classes today and slept most ofthe day to try and get rid of this nagging virus.
  11. The original 307A TTVJ Millett was the reason I decided to go with the 307A with the BA. That amp was/is excellent and certainly showed that the tube was capable of great sound and could create a very neutral amp. The decision to go with the BA was purely based on economics.
  12. Within one month of obtaining my BA I had acquired all of the 307As I am likely to need for forever. The cost was less than most pairs of 300bs. Subjectively, my BA is as neutral as my GSX, whatever that means.
  13. Absolutely!
  14. He did build several of the 307A units in the first run. Not sure if he would build any in the current configuration. They seem to have fallen out of favor compared to the 300b/px4 units with Craig. I would not trade my 307A unit for a BA with either of the current tube complements, but I have only heard the current units in small doses and not in my system.
  15. Hence, the necessity for the TP mod.
  16. Happy Birthday Naaman!
  17. Good point.
  18. Mmmm, no, not so much. It's adding shit.
  19. ^^^ Those are excellent!
  20. Nice! Thinking of taking a North Shore distillery tour next time I'm in the Chicago area for a few days.
  21. Or maybe it just sounds shitty.
  22. You are incorrect.
