The flavors I was referring to are the PX4/300b, 307A and AD1. There are clear differences among those three configurations. The AD1 has remarkable treble extension and the 307A has a tight and clear bass. But I am not a bass head.

When talking about the BA you really need to specify what flavor BA you are talking about.

Yep. The GSX is the headphone amp I have had the longest, by a wide margin. I have also never entertained the thought of selling it.

Yep, so far the initial two episodes have been very good.

^^ Nice! Yesterday we went to a crawfish boil. They flew in 120 lbs of mud bugs, and made some nice gumbo, a little fried alligator and some beignets along with lots of beer. Today we had friends over and grilled burgers and brats on the grill with some more beer and other alcoholic libations.

I like steel over carbon because the weight is not an issue since I am carrying a lot more excess mass on me than on the bike. I also like the durability of the steel frame. I also hated having to be so careful with the carbon frame lest I bump it wrongs over tighten something and crack the frame. I think I may rebuild my old Panasonic touring bike into a lighter recreational bike this summer. Sounds like a great father-son project.
