Having a handfull of Squeezeboxes in the house I was hoping to try my hand at DRC for my speaker setup. After working throurgh to creation of a filter with DRC and Inguz, it would seem Inguz doesn't work with the latest version of LMC. I could always try and run an earlier version, but I figures I would see what others have had sucess with?
BruteFIR seems like another option but I am LINUX retarded and it looks to be a bit configuration intensive.
Very relieved you like it, hopefully it sounds great and adds the icing to your cake.
I'm also very pleased to announce the start of my new commercial endeavor, Cheesè Dhik Audio, in collaboration with Bellatone Audio. Look for us winter solstice 2020.
Ordered a pair of Tripaths to try out from P-E. The Lepai and the DTA-100a
I still wonder if any of the Chinese tube amps in the $500 range are any good. Might have to take a gamble on one of them soon.
To bad their not Magico killers for $3K.
Not sounding like Wilson's is a good thing in my book. There is a dealer in NE that carries them along with some others speakers I would to listen to. Maybe time for a road trip.
I was going to build a F1 with group buy boards on DIY but the guy that was running it either ran off with the money or died.
So many choices on Ebay, makes it tough. The Toppings look like a good option for the T-Class.
I'm curious how some of the Chinese tube amps are. The Yaqin amps have piqued my interest a bit, seems you can get just about any tube flavor you want.
Any suggestions on an inexpensive low powered (10W) speaker amp? I'm looking to use it with the Audio Nirvana speakers I built a while ago. I was thinking maybe a T-Amp.
Blah blah blah. I really could give a shit about Jude's knowledge, or lack thereof. What matters to me is how much he looks like Lloyd from Entourage. I make sure I yell "Lloyd" like Ari as loud as I can when ever I see him.
