  1. I’ve been happy with it as well. Seems to be pretty popular, there are about 5 other similar sanders but the Rigid seems to be the best of the group.
  2. I’m sticking with the Bosch until I have a reason to upgrade to something more substantial.
  3. Your neighborhood is really going to the birds. Your neighbor seems like a real turkey.
  4. Looks good, mine also came out close enough that I didn’t have to adjust it.
  5. Ping ponged up a set of Naval Aviator wings and broke in one of my SurfPreps.
  6. Can also use your table saw to do the dado cuts. Will take multiple passes since you don’t have a dado blade but if your fence is setup properly it’s still quick and easy.
  7. My assumption was the fence was there to aid in dust extraction. Love me some dust extraction.
  8. Just ordered a handful of their different blocks. As for the rails, I used the Kreg ones which do have adjustable screws to keep them slop free. Did the superglue attachment method and then screwed them in place.
  9. I would wait 24 hours to safe, or turn the safety feature off temporarily.
  10. I was going to order that or delrin.
  11. Okay for small parts, but really not feasible for doing larger panels or sheets.
  12. Needed some lower profile hold downs. First time cutting plastic, worked great, except the plastic is to flexible to work well for hold downs. Time to see what Amazon has.
  13. I picked one of these up. https://www.webstaurantstore.com/bizerba-vs-12-d-v-1-13-vertical-feed-automatic-meat-slicer-1-2-hp-120v/256VS12DV1A.html
  14. Looks good, I’m guessing it will work better than you expect, except when you have to cut thicker dense hardwood. Then like Doug mentioned, go to a thin kerf blade.
  15. Cut to length and straight lined to parallel 200bf of walnut. I think I need to find a better supplier and get FAS select. Less work for me and I’ll just carry over the added expense to the customer.
  16. I bet it will be better than you think. Just make sure you spend 95.95% of your timing setting it up 😉.
  17. Don’t get the industrial base then, it won’t fit.
  18. Make sure you get the industrial base, Jeff.
  19. Felder has a C3 in stock 😉
  20. Wish I could model that well, maybe in a couple years. Post it on one of my Army FB groups and three hours later I have 30 on order. Looks like I found my self a job 😂🤦‍♂️
  21. Agree, I need to run a few more. Wonder how much it would cost to get 3ph in my house 🤔 You will love having a good saw. Nothing like being able to do easily repeatable and clean cuts.
  22. Not sure my current power hookup would support that. On the wall. Posted to one of my Facebook groups and I got 15 request in the first 20 minutes. I really need that AD951 now.
  23. Happy Birthday!
  24. Yeah, that is pretty laughable for what I assume it’s going to cost. I think I’m going to pick up a drum sander now to just round everything out and ensure Steve has a complete shop to use once the adaption paperwork is complete. Trying to decide between the Powermatic 2244 and Supermax 25-50.
  25. Possibly, it’s more the weight than the size I’m concerned with. We will see on how much they actually are. The wife strangely approved me to get whatever I wanted so... It’s lifetime (plus some) tool for sure. They all are really.
