I have had several real belgian wild lambics, and they're really not my thing at all. My taste in belgians tends more towards trippels and wits. But I'm not competent enough to brew a good trippel, and wits aren't winter beers...

Lambics are hard if you don't have a brewery available...(lambics use wild yeast)
