Headroom's Balanced Desktop
But if you like it, you can sell the lavry, and the amp costs you almost nothing.

Headroom's Balanced Desktop
I think you'd be crazy to get this without the dac. The headroom dacs are among the best values in audio. Even if it's only 99% of the lavry...

Headroom's Balanced Desktop
Yes, I blame you for the blockhead! I appreciate that you started the balanced dynamic headphone thing tho... What I've done (or rather had done) with my amp was 2 combo jacks and a 4pin between them.

Headroom's Balanced Desktop
I agree. The 4pin xlr is so much better a choice for balanced headphone amps. And then it'd work with the K1000 without need for adapter cables.

New! HeadRoom Desktop Balanced Amp!
Whenever I think of hawaii, I'm reminded of the saying "Remember kids, Mahalo means trash!"

I'd be all over that if I weren't still waiting for my TooleAudio Balanced VaporAmp

Happy Turkey Day
Canadian Turkey Day is a pale imitation. Certainly not fitting for the likes of you.

What are your top albums of '06?
Of your list, these are the only 5 artists I'd heard of, excluding posts to head-case. I long ago gave up trying to keep up with new music, tho.

Install iTune and Quicktime on work computer
Check out parallels.com, parallels will let you run windows in a window at full speed for everything except gaming.

Install iTune and Quicktime on work computer
Then the only way would be to get one of the linux boot cds that will crack xp admin passwords, and hack your system. Of course, that would likely get you fired, so I don't recommend it.

I believe you can run vlc without installing it. (videolan.org)

Brian Wilson with the Wondermints and Al Jardine, performing Pet Sounds, 40th Anniversary Tour Great show, the wondermints are a very talented band. Al and Brian provided vocals and legitimacy, and I highly recommend it if you can make it. This was also at the Keswick Theater, in Glenside, PA, and remains my favorite venue for music that doesn't require flailing about.

Welcome to the "Banned from Head-fi" club 909!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

_ _ _ _ happens! Post is not Head-Fi friendly :)
Whether the membership of the democrat party these days is liberal or socialist in nature or leanings has nothing really to do with whether or not the current democrat party leadership meets these standards. I'd personally say that the belief that the government should provide cradle to grave services for the citizenry is pretty close to socialism.

She can support him, but it's an elected position, not an apointed one.

Excluding the fact that it was requested by the author, sure

Bruce Hornsby Solo Piano - Keswick Theater, Glenside, PA Great show. Bruce is quite the entertainer. Most of the show was by request, tho he obviously picked the requests he wanted to do. All the attendees got a copy of his box set, which sells for almost the price of tickets to the show. So it was like buying the box set, and getting a concert for free. In one of the best small theaters in the country. The last concert I saw was also a bruce show, but with his band at wolftrap in vienna, va this summer. Also a great show.

Yet another bitch about RSA thread
If it's common sense that you don't put rubber feet on furniture, why does vibrapod have to warn people? And those pictures looked more like heat damage than grease from rubber.

electrostat amp.
Somehow I bet the duct tape wasn't DHS provided.

Recable of the 701's?

AC Power for tube filaments, surprisingly good
How would it sound if you left the batteries trickle charging while listening?

beer and but not in cans meet planning
My suggestion is in Reston, VA, in my apartment, where I'll soon have a kegerator, but others can suggest times and places too. So option 1: Nov 18, Reston, VA.

New amp from RSA...
So it's a bigger supermicro, but iwth a lip so it'll catch on your pockets, and probably won't sound as good...
