Did 18 miles with the kids today. My oldest lost the tip of a presta valve, and ended up walking 2 miles to a place where I could pick him up in the car. Otherwise, a good ride. I did it on my old school nishiki.

it's probably ok to go to a chiropractor for muscle type pains. if they start trying to cure other things for you, it's probably best to go elsewhere tho.

if it's for racing there will be bolt holes in the bottom to add weights. but people that buy 15k bikes aren't racing them.

Did about 10 miles on the salsa in 32/17 to see if I could deal with a single speed niner. It worked reasonably well, and I'm gonna try it this way on a trail next.
