  4. Happy belated birthdays!
  5. Happy Birthday Grahame!
  6. Beautiful work! Loving the SMD shift
  7. Thanks. Glad that it works with Roon too. I'll give a listen and compare to some of the HDTracks stuff I have. I'm mostly excited to get something for free
  8. Happy Birthday!
  9. I got a bit confused reading through the mqa stuff. It sounds like you need to play it through the tidal app or have specific hardware.
  10. Happy Birthday!

  13. Keep it and switch the THAT chip to fets.
  14. Happy Birthday!
  15. I've been using the diode tester on my multi-meter (BK 2709B) to check the forward voltage on the LED and transistor. It get's you fairly close to actual currents: current = ( Diode(Vf) - Transistor(be) ) / resistance In fact, when I'm matching transistors for simple current sources I pay more attention to the voltage across the transistor than the hfe (though I match both anyway ).
  16. Happy Birthday Ken!
  17. Looks about right.
  18. I bought a bunch of LEDs to test the voltages. I liked the LTST-C170CKT since it had a high Vf. Changing the LED will have a big effect on the output current if it's not matched to the resistor.
  19. Looks nice. Enjoy!
  20. I was out and trying to remember the value. So yes to 422 ohms and the part number for the 10k resistor. I'll try to go through the BOM today to give a full review.
  21. The value is right at 10k but the part number is wrong.
  22. Also R1 and R3 should go to to 424 ohms. I also want to double check the LEDs in the bom as well. I can look at that when I get home later.
  23. Use the values in the BOM.
  24. Here are the schematics: I've got to look up the settings again for the positive rail. I'm running out in a bit so may need to do it later. EDIT: Ok so the silk screen should read 14.2V before you start bridging the jumpers. You should bridge 3P2V, 1P6V, 0P8V, 0P2V for a 20V output. Also, updated schematics to make them higher resolution.
  25. Wow. Really sorry to hear that. Best wishes Steve.
