n_maher, so how is it with your new bundle of joy?
I thought this thread was going to be about the Menace. Speaking of which, I now figured out why you had a deadline after CanJam to finish that thing, and why you've eschewed taking on more projects -- it's until you have a better idea how to manage your time, which I find very responsible. I usually keep my trap shut WRT children, but since I crapped this thread, I will say: I am thinking happy healthy thoughts in your general direction.

Raptor Tube Rolling Recommendations Please!
You think? (See green smiley face attached to initial post.) I was just feeding him the response he was expecting. Nice. And: Doesn't work that way, you buy amp to make you happy (or, if in Russia, amp buys you!). But if you really want an amp that will make us happy, buy the new Uber-Millet from TTVJ.

Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 5 That is correct, I thought it was an iPhone. (I've already been corrected on the 3G/iTouch difference.) The only thing I can think of that they might add is the GPS (they put a "real" one in the new iPhone), but I haven't heard even rumours to that conjecture, that is purely my own speculation. They don't have to, since the same operating system is going to be running on both versions of the iPhone, so they have to maintain the "triangulate from network and cell towers" artificial GPS functionality, but they could.

Dude, you know the 3G just got announced, right? I mean, fortunately there's an upgrade path, but if it's only been a day or two, return it, and wait a month (it's due July 11th).- Migration News
Oh, damn, I didn't know that. Am I the last one to find out? No wonder the transition was so smoov.- Your recent music purchases

I certainly would be interested in your honest opinions on the subject. And ignore those others, they'll still read your comparison with interest. They may find it hard to believe if the 307A does anything but smoke (heh-heh) the B-52, but they'll still read it.- Migration News

Augh! Spoilers are borken.- Extracting DVD audio to CD?
If you do them as MP3 files on a CD-ROM format CD (which is sometimes called an MP3 CD) then you have to make sure that whatever player you have will play that. In which case, even at minimum compression, you should probably be able to get it to fit, I think. But no, redbook is straight minutes, because it's uncompressed audio, and has a completely different format. So yes, I'm saying the latter. - Migration News
