  1. There's a time and place for everything, and the time and place for lime and salt are frat parties and cheap tequila. A good tequila is drinkable neat, as I found out recently, and should be savored.
  2. No, I mean, the way you're supposed to always put more than one item in, and it has to be on the same side of the "lint release scale", and if you only put two items in, they should be of the exact same thing, you should put at least one item in of a completely different size. Heck, I can't even remember the rule, much less explain it. Maybe if I understood it better... I need to get one of those...eventually. I need to get me a Zojirushi. Heck, I just like saying, "Zojirushi". Zojirushi Zojirushi Zojirushi, la-la-la. Dang, I miss drinking.
  3. Was kind of music is dat ('Japanese' is not an acceptable answer)?
  4. Funny, I was just thinking about asking a similar question about Tequilas... (reads thread)
  5. First of all, I'm not sure I agree with Maxim, whoever he is. I guess it depends on the device. I mean, if it's a memory-based device, then yeah, but if they also happen to make dishwashers that I wouldn't buy (because -- although I'm sure it's built well -- if it breaks, there's fewer people in the area who know how to fix it), doesn't mean I wouldn't buy a plasma tv from them. That said, what product by OCZ were you thinking of?
  6. What, people aren't allowed to change their mind in hindsight? What, they can't be guilty of "new gearz disease"?
  7. Another Swissgold tea infuser so I could keep one at home and one at the office.
  8. Sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon.
  9. 's'truth. Electric Tears and The Big Eyeball in the Sky have some stupendous tones, but he can get pretty bizarre, too.
  10. Plus...no. Bashing, smacking, it still results in flicker and/or dead bulb.

    ...or Skinny Puppy.

    And yet...spot on.
  13. Have you posted impressions of that somewhere?
  14. It's not self-defense if you have access to the back of the head, methinks.

    Uh...no.
  16. There's a word for that...I think it's called, 'masturbating'.
  17. And WTF are you doing with his daughter's cell #? [Jacob]Yeah, but then it always flickers and never works the same after you bash someone upside the head with it -- if it still works at all. Even if you replace the bulb. I usually just toss it in the basement after. Have to get a new one soon, anyway.[/Jacob]
  18. You're so mean.
  19. I can see it working on CD's, but I can't see it working on ripping CD's, as that is an asynchronous process. Unless there are fewer errors, which could be verified with EAC logs.
  20. I thought we agreed we were going to hide these from Mike so that he can't be influenced by them. I'll take 3 months, 19 days. And what's the rule on over/under -- Price is Right ruling (closest without going over), or just closest? "Bidding" closes as soon as he receives it.
  21. Do they really run concurrently every year?
