I.E. is this the part we append if we want to, e.g., bookmark this? I.E. I tend to go straight to Gold Box, would the altered version look like this? (I took out location and IE -- I presume those aren't necessary.)

It depends on the stand. 'Inert' and 'sturdy' are more important than material. That said...I like wood, it just feels more inert. In general. But filling a qual stand with sand can make a metal stand pretty inert, too. I'd get something like this.

I've been playing lots of Porcupine Tree in the car since the concert -- mostly In Absentia, Deadwing, Fear of a Blank Planet, and, of course, The Incident. Soon, I'm going to roll over to the earlier albums and just go through them all (or rather, most of them -- will skip Metanoia, Voyage 34: The Complete Trip, &c.). Right now I've got "Darkest Eyes" stuck in my head. I think I'll leave it there. EDIT: Of course, it would help if I got the name right -- "Blackest Eyes".
