That's just stupid -- there are some really great costumes designed for one person, but made to look like it's really two entities. E.G.: Or, conversely, he should just get a child to play C3PO.

My Wifes Job Rocks!!
Wow, she won an internal lottery or something? Or was that some sort of reward for a job well done? Or does everyone at that company get to do that?

What did you do today?
That was one of my favorite moments in the movie. On paper, you would think that it would totally derail the emotional momentum -- it's a totally random, comedic moment at a rather crucial moment in the film -- and yet it totally works. It's like the anticlimax before a big climax on a really good Trevor Horn 12" remix.

I guess it depends on how faithful it is to the original story... I remain untethered to my cellphone (much to the chagrin of anyone trying to get in touch with me right then and there).

Get a kitten. Bobby is wonderfully low-maintenance -- even manages to amuse himself most of the day. And he's too young to know any other way of life than the one I provide him. (So, for example, he doesn't know that many cats don't like their bellies rubbed.) Oh, and it will help with the roach problem. It will play with them to death. The senior citizen is high-maintenance and spoiled, so just a warning -- they do get that way when they get older. But you will love them so much by then it won't matter, you'll be more than happy to continue to spoil them. And get a rescue. Just 'cause they're so many of them in the world.

Post the last thing you bought!
If you haven't moved in yet, now's the time to do it. Just bomb the place (and I don't mean explosive bomb ... just call an exterminator, they'll know what to do).

Oh. No, less sarcastic, more self-deprecating court-jester kind of thing. (But it's an understandable mistake, considering how often I am sarcastic.)

Whut? You were helpful. I don't know what you're talking about, re: attitude.

(looks up 'bezel') Oh, really, that's the bezel? I didn't know that. Yes, the bezel. I like the black bezel. Pretty much all the black watches that I'm going to keep are going to be the ones with the black bezels. Black bezels be berry berry good to me.

The Headcase Stax thread
They've actually taken over the entire forum. Unlike head-fi, they feel comfortable posting in threads other than THE Stax Thread.

It certainly is black enough -- I like how even the ...whatever it's called, the frame part...the part around the face -- the crown? -- is black enough.

I must have enough watches because I'm finally beginning to get pickier. The only thing wrong with that one is how "busy" the face is. I wouldn't know what to do with all that information -- so if you're into that -- or if you want to appear to be into that -- then Dusty approves, otherwise he doesn't.
