Received mine yesterday -- faster than anticipated. Initial impressions are good with the SACDMods-modded Denon/Singlepower Supra++. Nice, noneventful frequency response, great isolation. I would have to agree that at a little over US$100 (I think mine was US$130-ish when all was said and done), it is the best closed headphone near its price range. Doesn't outshine the VTG, however (but we're talking the next step up at that point).

Ignore those two (and Steve when he posts) -- he also uses small amounts to close cuts.

So when one uses small amounts such as you and Fitz use, it doesn't get noticeably warm?

Really great review Al -- I'm not usually a modern* jazz man, but you really made me want to hear that. *By modern, I mean free, dissonant, scat-based, etc.

First iPhone "virus", 'ikee' -- and I say, "virus", because it's using ssh to perpetuate itself. If you've jailbroken your iPhone and haven't changed your ssh password...well then that's just ridiculous.

No, I had a pretty good day. Received my Shure SRH840's today. Stretch, it's not the end of the world. It's just the end of the first two. (Geddit, third world?...alright, kinda lame, sorry, just trying to make light of the situation...that's my way...)
