What are you listening to Part the Third
Was listening to a songwriting workshop by Yvette Young; Now listening to Al Di Meola home live event. From one great guitarist to another. They both write incredibly beautiful music, but couldn't be more different. https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=608212820562278&ref=notif¬if_id=1631152733388028¬if_t=live_video I am reminded by both that I need to practice more. EDIT: Alas, the Al Di Meola was just the one song.

Al Di Meola Plays Piazzolla Not an example: Just...superblime. I was in love with Al Di Meola playing Piazzolla before the album existed. (Libertango is from a different album, but I must've heard him play it live before this record came out, during the Cielo e Terra/Scenario era, which is when I first saw him play live.) It's hard to stay cranky when one is listening to music this beautiful.- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post

This was great, thanks for posting it! I'm listening to some ancient electronic music from the 70's with tasty tasty analog synthesizers -- Space Art Also listening to Portico Quartet's upcoming album, Monument -- RIYL post-rock. Look for it in November: https://porticoquartet.bandcamp.com/album/monument- What are you EATING right now?
LOLOLOL, I meant phonetically.- What are you EATING right now?
So...they got the middle half of your name right, neh?- What are you listening to Part the Third
Your Wilderness bonus disk Listen to it, yourself, here. By the way, it's Bandcamp Friday, wherein Bandcamp waive all fees, and 100% proceeds go to the artists.- JR Audio amplifiers aka zero fucks are given - caveat emptor
There are other ways, though. I had someone who charged a phone with it, the credit card company contacted the phone company and tracked them down that way.- Songs You Came Across On Some Streaming Service And Thought Your Head-Case Buds Might Enjoy Too. Hope he goes to jail for that last bit. Sounds like he's stupider than a scammer. They should be able to trace it back to him, given that they know who he is.- What are you listening to Part the Third
I wouldn't. And I love Pink Floyd, but it looks like it was recycled from one of those tribute albums from the 90's/2000's. I mean, Edgar Froese is dead. (RIP) They're just trying to milk blood from a stone. (...stone...stone...stone...stone...stone...) Here, listen to this instead, it's actually creative: I especially liked their versions of "Pigs (Three Different Ones)" (kinda made it a trip-hop version) and "Sheep" (won't spoiler it).- JR Audio amplifiers aka zero fucks are given - caveat emptor
I have one, but I kinda was still holding out hope of getting it fixed. I’ll ping you if I find it.- WiMP comes to the UK/US as Tidal
Yeah, I tried Primephonic for the trial period when I first heard of it many months...or a year? ago, it was...fine.- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post

I grew up when they were still considered less lean than chicken, and it was only after you suggested it, that I researched it and found out that they've been breeding pigs to be more lean, and it is, indeed, "the other white meat", and -- especially the tenderloin and the chops, maybe less so the ham -- is quite lean! So I will be partaking of the tenderloin and the chops frequently...but chicken thighs are still the best. And one of these days -- maybe when I get below 188 -- I'll splurge on a hamsteak.- What are you EATING right now?
Nando's-at-home, Pork Tenderloin edition Yum. Freakin' yum. Thank you so much for suggesting pork to me, @Beefy- What are you listening to Part the Third
Yeah, he's amazing. Thanks for that, will queue it up to watch later. The last Transatlantic album is probably a better starting point. I enjoyed this album a lot, but I'm not the biggest NMB fan. It's definitely got some great ensemble playing. And I totally agree with you on the Christian thing, but I have a friend who's really into them, so I tolerate it. And it's like extreme metal like early Opeth -- I hate harsh vocals. HATE. But the music is so good, that I put up with it.- What are you listening to Part the Third

Same. I first heard about that record in this wonderful article: https://ew.com/music/trent-reznor-danny-elfman-big-mess-interview/ It starts out with some ridiculous mutual back-slapping, but seems sincere in their mutual admiration. But then it gets interesting... (stinger noise)- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post
Knowing someone with a bird (sorry, I forget what kind) that was also very social and loved people, I definitely appreciated the truth to this story:- Post what you're watching
Netflix: "What are people in your area watching?" Me: Don't care. Netflix: "What are your friends watching?" Me: Don't care. Score the Podcast: (briefly mentions a show that someone worked on, then proceed to spend the rest of the podcast discussing other things) Me: Ooooooh, that sounds interesting...- What TV show are you watching now?
The Prisoner -- I probably shouldn't watch this show, I'm paranoid enough already.- Kitty Talk
