In the mood for some slowcore? Say no more: Cigarettes After Sex: It's like dreampop, except without the uplift. And maybe less reverb. @VPI-- considering you like Cowboy Junkies, you might like this.

There's an inn in town called Relax Inn that I jokingly refer to as one of four Miles-Davis themed hotel/motel chain. (There's also the Twi-Lite Inn which I jokingly say inspired a book series about vampires, but that's irrelevant...WEEEELL, they bothj are.)

I'm confused. Once you toss them, don't they become one salad?

Wait, Oppo (that Oppo) has a phone?!?!?

(insert serenity GIF here -- the one where Mal tries to come up with a retort, and fails, a look of mild exasperation crossing his face)

Neighbor(s) with a drill press/large calibre firearm and/or high-speed camera. See also: fire/napalm. See also: degauss (those are magnetic heads, aren't they?) See also: put them in zip drive cartridges and watch them commit click-of-death suicide. 🙃

Happy belated birthday! Sorry I missed this due to my inability to differentiate resurrected threads from new ones, I hope your day/week/month has been grand! (party favour noise)

Miles is sporting a PRS in the first pic. I'm jealous. I used to lust after a Neal Schon sig, it's a freaking beast of a guitar. https://prsguitars.com/privatestock/gallery_guitar/neal_schon_limited_run

...and then burn them with fire, right?

I was waiting for this one, one of my absolute favourites, thanks to @thrice. Did Rudy do Birth of the Cool? That's another of my favourites.

Happy birthday, Todd! (party favour noise)

Gosh, I hope so. The way he handled That Incident, "know any good jokes?" -- he just owned it and took his lumps, instead of whining and trying to PR one's way out of it like everyone else. And he had such a unique vision of how to tell his stories. It seemed more important not to taint that legacy than anything else to him. RIP Pee-Wee Herman/Paul Reubens. Another good one lost. ðŸ˜

Damn, I miss your cooking. And I don't think I've ever had your cooking, but your pictures make me feel like I have.

You know, all the attention was on the Utopia, Utopia Be, Mini Utopia, and Grand Utopias, but there was a nice little 3-way (tweeter/mid/woofer) which I don't remember that was only a couple of thou that I almost bought (back when I headily thought I could keep up with the Joneses, so to speak). Anyone know what I am talking about? It might have been the Alto Utopia.

Charlie Cawood (Knifeworld, soon to be Kyros)'s two solo albums, Blurring into Motion and The Divine Abstract. I will probably do a Knifeworld discog run as well.
