I'm a big fan of Mouse On Mars (surprisingly good live act) and a mediocre fan of Mark E. Smith/The Fall, so I will be getting this...eventually.

Too cool -- I'm using unread posts to read the forum right now, and despite having been off for 10 days, am getting them all, since I'm reading by thread rather than by post.

They're them, and I am me. And no worries about the photo -- I've seen them in person (although only under meet conditions [==well lit]). It was only the (fictitious) black ones that I had not seen.

Wait...his camera made the headphones black? Sounds like a feature to me...although I can't go around life staring at everything through a camera's lens.

Okay, so way back on page 1, I asked the wrong question. The question I should have been asking is, why is that one so black? Most of them are the striped woody look, yes? Like this: How does one get the black pair? EDIT: Never mind about the US$740 price -- I see that audiocubes still has them for US$718 shipped.

There's been so many problems with software for Vista, that they've begun shipping image CD's so that you can fall back to XP just by calling customer service and getting a "switch on" code. You might (a) find out if that's an option; ( see if there's a cost difference; © give Vista a try. If I had had that option when I got my last computer, I would've. It should be free, since the different operating system configurations (otherwise same computer) was the exact same price.

Oh, you posting it isn't what bothered me, it's the concept that bothers me. "Uh, I can't seem to get as much stinky air as the other one with the different diameter, but at least it's long enough this time to get through to the other side of the yicky water without having to lean almost all the way in. Daddy." Oh, and I've seen worse. There's another forum that I'm on that has several sensitive women on it, and some of the guys go out of their way to be as gross as possible, trying to offend their sensibilities. So, no problem. My sense of humor is pretty bad, too. Are you familiar with Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl? The invention, in particular, reminds me of "The Thing What Came from the Poopy Chair".

That toilet snorkel is really bothering me. Sure, you don't die from smoke inhalation, but you could die from bulimia instead.

Try actually listening to and/or watching everything you download. I know when I first got a high bandwidth connection, I got so carried away with downloading, that I forgot to actually listen to anything.

Hmmm...that's odd, when I went a-googling a while ago, I got the impression the black was going to be Japan only, but then I saw that there was a slight difference. I can't duplicate the search right now (don't remember the exact search), but one of them wasn't as black as the other -- one of them either had non-black pads or covers or something.

Karen Chance -- very enjoyable, she has me laughing out loud at various moments, and then shifts to bloody gorey horror in a single step. Sort of the author equivalent of Joss Whedon.
