Starting to shop for the grill for the new house. The deck has a built in Natural Gas Feed for heaters, grills that can burn it etc. but I am thinking I might try to go with an all in one unit like a Memphis Elite and just fire heaters on the Natural Gas as I do not think it will be great for grilling. Anyone here have experience with Memphis or a recommended alternate, or experience using natural gas for grilling?

I was contemplating using the crappy curved monitor Brent convinced me to buy with a new Mac Mini in the office, but an IMac might be a nice alternative.

Those Illinois fuckers have never given me a dime. I guess they have been giving it all to the Oak Park/River Forest elites.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the DMVs out here in the Suburbs in Illinois. I thought for sure I was going to have to pay off at least a couple of government employees, but I have found the DMVs out here to be pretty efficient. They have tried to make it a bit more efficient by compartmentalizing it lately, making it far less efficient, but I can still typically be in and out of my neighborhood DMV in 20 minutes.

If I lived somewhere that something like that was possible, I would definitely be investing in a CanAm.

I use a Wahoo powered trainer and Zwift, which a lot of HCers also use, as my much more useful spin bike. I obviously need to be using it a lot more than I am, which anyone on Zwift can tell you.

Finally got the Arai, drop shipped from Arai USA. The Japanese sure make things finicky, but the contraptions are quite cool. I think the AGV Sportmodular will be the BMW helmet, the Arai will be for whatever naked bike I end up with and the SCHUBERTH C4 will be the loaner helmet.

Finally got to see the new Indian FTR-1200. Love the looks, but the fit and finish was fairly low end. Buttons, plastic, etc. all felt well below even Triumph standards and light years from BMW standards. TFT screen was okay, but seemed once again to be fairly low end. These were display bikes with several elements not really working, so maybe the finished product will be nicer. Triumph Speed Twin seems to be the winner from the sport cruiser class, thought the Kawasaki R900RS is a nice alternative, especially with all the deals and the free Achrapvic exhaust they are throwing in these days. Got to see some nice customs at the shows, but I do not have time to do a lot of photos as we were rushing off to meet the realtor for house shopping and spent too much time at Arai getting fitted for a helmet and getting Kasia through the Zero Motorcycle riding class. Not an easy fix for my 1930s vintage insulation in the house. Heater works great, right through the sparsely insulated attic. Getting down to -27 tonight so I might just burn down all the neighbors homes for some heat.

It is all I wear these days. I really do not like any of the leather bands I have tried on it so far and I really dislike the Milanese band that it came with, but the sport loop bands are really comfortable and look decent.
