  1. I thought you might be the friend Nate was going to pass that bike on to. Looks like a really nice bike. What do you ride now Ian?
  2. Definitely up for a Sunday ride. Where do you want to ride?
  3. Yeah, I have been out to Leesburg on the trail but it is fairly rough out there with lots of bad bridges and cracks that make me wonder if I should try that trail on the river.
  4. Hoping to find a new bike path to ride tomorrow. My little bit is getting kind of boring. Should be a great weekend for January in the mid to high 60s. Hopefully I will be able to get a longer ride in.
  5. Sorry to hear that Peter. I am around if you want to go out and celebrate the great 20 years you had with Luvbug.
  6. Hero Comparison Really boring attempt at 720p 120fps slow motion.
  7. I'll take one that doesn't hear itself and try to switch to some cheesy app in the middle of a show. Or one that actually sees you when you are trying to use the hand controls and not only when you move your hand to grab a drink. I could sit there for ten minutes telling it to turn on and it will not hear me but every time it hears something about netflix, or youtube or hulu TV or exercise it switches the TV to a whole new interface that is a pain to get back out of.
  8. ^Maybe they will finally make one that works.
  9. Does the current 800 keep track of your segments/PRs like the 810? I never actually dug deep into the 800 so I am sure it does many things I am not aware of.
  10. New Garmins coming. http://www.bikerumor.com/2013/01/07/new-garmin-edge-810-510-add-mobile-sync-live-ride-tracking-weather-updates-more/
  11. Did a short ride to try out the new wheels and the new winter clothes. Everything went well and I actually obliterated every one of my PRs on Strava but the bike seems much less stable with these wheels and tires than with the originals.
  12. Vicki, 23 miles in the rain seems pretty damn impressive to me. I officially went off the deep end and got crazy tights to wear instead of my MTB shorts on the road bikes.
  13. Doing some ribs this morning. Two hours in.
  14. Yeah, I figured as much with the Calfee.
  15. Cervelo has a life time warranty on the frame so I doubt they are happy with a couple of years. For some reason the Calfee does not have a life time warranty.
  16. I have not been on a bike in over 2 weeks. I think I will have to venture out into the cold this weekend for a couple of rides. Wish I had ordered some winter cycling gear a bit sooner as my stuff should be here some time next week.
  17. I bought the low end model show bike for my commute and travel. It has the S&S couplers and full travel kit. Ended up getting all new SRAM gear put on because they had scavenged pieces for other builds. They think it will be ready in a couple of weeks.
  18. Great to see walking Vicki back in the bike world. Installed the K-Edge tonight. Need to figure out how I can mount the light with this as I can't seem to make both fit.
  19. They are going on the Calfee for now. I might get rid of them if I decide I want different wheels on it when it shows up.
  20. I think that is kind of an optical illusion as my top bar has a pretty good drop and the bike is hanging at an angle.
  21. Before, with no pedals After with pedals and the new Zipp wheels.
  22. Congrats to the Champs. I will make up the ESPN trophies shortly. Losing my number 2 pick in both leagues was just too much for me. At least I beat Brent.
  23. Happy Birthday Jacob
  24. -Buy a Freakin Bike
  25. I would put number one on my list to attend a HC Cycling meet, MTB or Road. With my schedule I would like to get 1200 miles between MTB and Road. I would like to ride some distance in the Tour de Cure in April. Probably 25 -50 miles. I would also try to ride to the train station a couple of times a week.
