  1. Yeah it has been a decent race outside all of the cautions. Need to go to sleep but I like the night racing.
  2. Had a nice warm ride this morning. I had to take a pic of something I thought was pretty cool. A family decided to go out and buy gatorade, water and power bars and hand them out to the riders along the trail to "Pay it Forward".
  3. I'd be looking awesome on a CF Cyclocross bike if rail trails (dirt/asphalt) were my intended riding.
  4. Zach, lots of mountain bikes around here as well. You just have to dig deeper. Mike, Brent (sort of), Colin, Chris, Juan, Ben, Justin, Ian, Nate and on and on. Skinny tires just get more coverage in this thread for some reason. I'll post my bike just to get some more MTB in the thread.
  5. Hoping to get a ride in today or tomorrow and checking out the Reston Grand Prix Sunday for a weekend full of bikes.
  6. They definitely felt good about doing me this favor
  7. Arrived home to find a package on the front porch. Coach sent back my bag, with no notice whatsoever to me. Inside I got a letter basically telling me that since they stand behind their product they went ahead and stitched up the 4 month old bag. Didn't even bother treating the leather before sending it back.
  8. I actually like my 323s, until I listen to a BHSE, and then I want to shoot it for being so comparatively bad.
  9. Good to hear.
  10. So the road trip has come to a grinding halt?
  11. Looks interesting. I still prefer the constant 2.8 lens on the Panasonic but probably not mandatory at full zoom. A few more from last weekend in Chattanooga. I call this one Empanadas with Big Headed Mexican and Nerd Phone
  12. Yeah, I am barely willing to carry a DSLR with lenses these days there is no way they would carry a full frame and multiple lenses.
  13. I am looking to get a super zoom for my parents for an upcoming Alaska trip. It would appear the Panasonic FZ200 might be the best choice at the moment. Anyone here have any experience with this one or recommend a different super zoom that you have used?
  14. All I can think is it looks like the girl second from the left has a nut sac. This looks like a killer deal in my area. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/bik/3872899628.html
  15. Nice, is it challenging due to obstacles, speed, curves or all of the above? I have not been on a bike in 2 weeks and just can't convince myself to go for a ride.
  16. I am talking about the Rokinon lenses.
  17. It will only give focus confirmation if those lenses happen to have the chip. That is not standard on these lenses they are additional price add ons. I see nothing on the Nikon lenses that say they have the chip.
  18. I have Mac Minises (4), an iMac (1), a Mac Pro (1), a MBP 15", a Macbook Air 13", an iPad 3, an iPad Mini, an iPhone, an Airport Extreme, an Airport Express, 3 AppleTV, and my old PowerMac G4 MDD in the house at the moment. Don't know if I will bother with the new Mac Pro. Mine is a couple of years old but I rarely use it as all the other computers are sufficient for most of what I do.
  19. Some more Chattanooga Weekend shots.
  20. More wide angle fun from Chattanooga.
  21. The Sigma 15 f2.8 fisheye. Supposed to be sharper than the Nikon equivalent. Seems very sharp to me while pixel peeping.
  22. I have never had Apple not give me a new replacement for stuff I broke. Laptop, iPad, batteries well after the end of warranty. I never even have AppleCare. You guys are obviously doing something wrong.
  23. Looks good Dinny. Took the new fisheye out to test around the office.
  24. That Olive does look really good in the Mini Ruck. I kind of like the Saffron bag as well but I am happy with my Black.
  25. I am guessing the next episode might have some of the , etc. I wish the writer would just finish this story as I am sick of being 10+k pages in and seeing very little of the vengeance I am seeking.
