  1. I am hoping to get out before it gets too hot tomorrow morning. Thinking about taking the Calfee out since it hasn't left the basement in 6 months.
  2. I think for the $299 price it is still an excellent package. It will probably end up replacing my S100 as my commute bag camera and basic travel camera.
  3. I saw a 11-22 that will not be sold in America. What other new lenses are there?
  4. Today's stage has been quite good.
  5. Aperture has RAW Eos-M coverage but I was surprised to see how few lenses were out there in the M format so far. Seems like if Canon was really going to support it they would have put out a few lenses by now. Thought about picking one up for a day bag camera but not sure I really care enough to carry around a 35mm camera everyday. Amazon has them back in stock so I grabbed one and a few for gifts and that EF converter. Need to dig up some of my old Canon lenses.
  6. Happy Birthday Mike.
  7. Happy Birthday
  8. Great race so far. I just wish the Garmin Sharp guys could ride more than 100 yards without crashing.
  9. He had a hell of a ride and if he not been against a team in the breakaway I think he would have taken it. He did too much of the leading and they jumped him the last lap.
  10. Happy Birthday Greg.
  11. I really like the Retrospective line. I have quite a few bags if you want to try/borrow. ThinkTank Retrospective 10, 20, Streetwalker Pro and Airport; Billingham 225; Tamrac Pro 12; some Crumpler thing. I am sure there are others but I have forgotten what I have.
  12. I could have driven there and arrived 11am. Flying is closer to 4:30 now.
  13. Getting on the plane for the third time today to take this 45 minute flight to NYC.
  14. It is just a little rain. I have been deplaned again.
  15. Still trying to make it to NYC. 8:20 AM flight tried to take off at 9:30, after much negotiation due to over sold seats, only to slam on the brakes half way through take-off. Back to the terminal to sit for an hour before they found another plane to put us on but now NY is on Ground Hold meaning no one can take off until 12:30 at the earliest. I should have driven.
  16. When I had both the 16-35 and the 35 f1.4 I ended up using the 35 way more often as a walk around lens. Might be different with a crop but 35 worked well as an everything lens and that 1.4 offered some great pics.
  17. I could not live without my Mac Mini music server. It is practically all I use anymore.
  18. Chris, your team was well represented. You had two riders in the breakaway in the Pro race but one died off so your guy couldn't pull off the win against the Ducati team. Pro Race. A little Cervelo Love Team NCVC After coming in Third while leading much of the race. Others. The Winner
  19. The kids race was quite exciting. This little guy managed second place and proceeded to ride back down the hill to help his little sister make it up. She was not liking the climb.
  20. Seniors
  21. The Junior Category. This one seemed a bit unfair to me as these cute little girls Were supposed to compete with 2013 Time Trial and Crit 10-12 Juniors National Champion Adam Croft A few more of the Juniors
  22. More from the CAT 5 Race. The CAT 5 Racer on a hard tail MTB with flat pedals.
  23. On lunch break from the Tour de Tysons so I thought I would post a few pics from the Cat 5 race. Mostly focused on Chris' team and Cervelo.
  24. Did you paint that picture Brent?
