  1. Does that include the hotel room and the vendor fee as well, cause that would be a great deal....for me
  2. Yep, going to Greece with my wife and my parents and my brother and his girlfriend. So it'll be on the cheap for us since the 'rents are helping out with all of our tickets. Otherwise we would never be able to afford it ourselves. We're also going hiking out West in June with my wife's parents (virgin narrows, slot canyons and other sexual suggestive land formations). After this year we will not go on family vacations (or really any vacation) with parents for a long time. Gotta save for a house and a kid. Edit: Damn, still need CanJam tickets..... anybody want to buy a pair of W3000s
  3. Just bought two plane tickets to Greece
  4. I fail to see how an of this aids the global electronic Zeitgeist. Cease and desist your nincompoopery all!
  5. http://www.geotimes.org/oct03/NN_pancake.html Kansas is flatter than a pancake It's true!
  6. I've used those before, they're just fine....make sure you get solder lug termination and not PC board termination. The solder lug is a little loop of metal you thread your wire through and solder...the PC Board termination is a straight piece of metal that would go into a printed circuit board. You can still attacha wire to it, but it becomes a pain in the ass.
  7. I had that once...turned out is was a viral inner ear infection. I threw up multiple times from the motion sickness of it all before I could stumble to the campus health center (I was an undergrad at the time). Fortunately it was just 100 yards away from my dorm. I fell down in the lobby as well, that was awesome. Yep, it felt like the whole world was spinning and I could do nothing to stop it. Needless to say it was unpleasant. I seem to recall getting antiboitics and something they called and anti-vert medication to help take the edge off the spinning. I was in bed for three days before I felt normal again. Three other people in my saxophone studio got it that week as well...so I guess it was going around.
  8. Happy B-day Grawk.
  9. I'm not going to build those mercury rectifier PS. Probably a less hazardous supply in one case, I hope. I'm gonna need a bigger case
  10. Can't leave this out
  11. Don't mess with Hong Kong Jewie's daughter man. I don't know what the Jewish word for ninja is, but whatever it is, he knows it. (the word, and some ninja skills). Furthermore....Nate were you actually picture quoting my Waaaaahmbulance with a lamer whambulance...oh how the mighty have fallen. You own a Zune right? However, the liger thing is cool, so yeah...scales are balanced now: BUT FOR HOW LONG!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? Vicki. Say it ain't so...you're the only one I trust out of this den of vipers...you and Gene!
  12. I think it should be a Delirium Tremens weekend.... all DT and nothing else (the beer, not the condition that is).
  13. Oh can we mod the board to feature a Nate/thrice zinger scoreboard (optimized for mobile device viewing of course)?
  14. I'll take crazy Homer over what your posts would look like: Oh yeah....YOUR MAMMA!
  15. It takes time for me to type, edit and then post something...can you add a plug in that reads my mind and then automatically posts what I'm thinking (used proper speeling and gramer) in the right thread/forum? kthnks
  16. Yes, but you have to understand that DBT means something else entirely over here: Douche Bag Treatment Pray this "treatment" never befall you and your loved ones. Is there a tongue in cheek emoticon?
  17. I think this one has earned a spot.
  18. Happy Birthday Ed. We're all getting together enough cash to get you an iPhone AND an iPod Touch! Enjoy!
  19. GAH! You're ruining the Zeitgeist!
  20. I would disagree. It's important for these types of discussions to occur. The internet allows people to ask these broader questions and then get answers from a potentially diverse group of individuals. The net result is a global electronic Zeitgeist that anyone can reference. This thread will eventually help some other underage headphone enthusiast X Japan fan who can not attend this concert because of the age limitation. Frankly I see only good coming from this line of discussion. Remember, it is up to all of us to shape and mold the global electronic Zeitgeist; fail in your duty to update and enlighten those who frequent internet forums for counsel and all hell breaks lose. Pretty soon anyone of any age will be clammoring for their right to do anything. No, no, no, we need this discussion. Silence these proceedings and you just allow the terrorists to win. Please continue.
  21. you guys rock the llama...thanks!
