I am a big fan. Great band. I also love solo PH stuff.

Sounded very detailed and clean, but extremely polite and with limited dynamics and bass was missing as well. The amp was not able to properly push them I suspect. I was also worried about longevity as they had a repair job on one of the transformers.

I had an opportunity to pick up a working pair of F81s for similar price and did not as I did not like how they sound.

I also like DT880 250 ohm. Very nice detailed can with good soundstage and lean accurate sound.

BAD SECTOR is a cool dark ambient project.

What was the problem with them?

I got some Cardas GRFA RCAs for my DAC and amp and they work just fine. My friend had no problems with soldering them and I have used them for more than a year now with no problems. Nothing scratched off and they look like new.
