  1. Does mean I should really sell the Lefty Niner that I will never ride now
  2. Finally caved and got this. Been wanting one since I had a test ride and finally found one used. Open O-1.0 - Guys from Cervelo and BMC
  3. Take a look at the handlebars ... Not much in the way of drive terrain.
  4. Got the Lefty fitted.
  5. Mechanical/professional fit is very different than personal/comfort fit. A pro fit will get you 90% there. I've always found I need to do some subtitle adjustments regardless.
  6. Or at the very least another video of Brent crying at the side of the trail.
  7. Aside from some brake line trimming the single speed is done.

    Top Gear

This was definitely one of the funnier episodes I have seen in a while.
  9. Just picked up an Air 9 Carbon to build up as a rigid single speed... Also my first venture into the whole 29er thing. Came with the geared kit as well.
  10. Running a type 2 rear derailleur and the front chainring (Wolf Tooth) has the same small/large teeth as the XX1. Will see how it goes.
  11. Got my 1x10 setup for the weekend ride. Running 32 up front and 11-36 in the rear. Did a quick ride and might end up around 34-36 but we shall see.
  12. I would think a dry Teflon would be ideal for dusty conditions.
  13. I've always found you can grow accustomed to just about any saddle. They are like a good pair if boots. A broken in pair always feels better than new.
  14. My fake pedals were perfectly fine for that ride.
  15. Family ride today.
  16. It would be for rail trail rides with the family. ... And genuinely looking awesome.
  17. Was thinking a carbon fork... full rigid.
  18. That was the thinking with the carbon HT 29er... super light SS.
  19. My SRAM shifters seem to require two thumbs per hand...
  20. Thinking I will build up a Asian carbon HT 29er over the winter.
  21. I see alot of you guys are skinny tire riders, but here are my babies.
  22. Jung Test Results Introverted (I) 66.67% Extroverted (E) 33.33% Sensing (S) 54.55% Intuitive (N) 45.45% Thinking (T) 69.44% Feeling (F) 30.56% Perceiving (P) 51.43% Judging (J) 48.57% Your type is: ISTP ISTP - "Engineer". Values freedom of action and following interests and impulses. Independent, concise in speech, master of tools. 5.4% of total population. Seems I get yet another different result with this one.
  23. ISTJ and on the second time around, changing a few questions that could have gone either way (work desk is a mess, but desk at home is spotless, for example), I got INTJ
  24. Thanks all! I am officially starting to get old.
  25. The screen is very impressive... took the gamble and had it shipped to my office. Thankfully I am actually in the office today.
