ok once again I'm bored of dota. reason? I'd join a 2v2 game and play like I would norrmally. Suddenly, the enemy ganks my partner, Lucifer casts spell/dooms him.. huskar runs up and uses his ultimate.. leaving him burning with 300hp.. and losing like 60hp a second. I immediate react and clicking on him to use my sunder (I was terrorblade) on him becuase I was nearby, but not right beside him; however, he keeps running. I was like RUN TO ME!! I'll SUNDER AND SAVE U.... guess what this smartass punk typed? "STFU" while running to fountain and died. I'm pretty sure you guys know what happened immediately after. SmartassPunk (Dazzle) has left the game. GG.

I'm confused about the other user but that kind of explains things... ok. Sorry I accused you.

What are you talking about... ... ...? I posted a legit reply and everything and now you guys are calling me a troll? how many times am I going to have to tell you, NO FACEPALM FOR YOU!

My sincerest appologies for attempting to aid a fellow Head-Caser; however, I do believe my comment relates to the topic. As you can see, another kind member had stated that audiocubes may carry what you are looking for; however, they are quite uncertain whether or not the adapters have screw-on capabilities that many AT headphone plugs have. Coincidently, I happened to have a few AT plug adapters I purchased a few months ago and I, without hesitating, posted a reply to let others know that the adapter definitely do not have screw-on capabilities, in fear that whoever has browsed this thread may be mislead by false information and purchase a AT adapter from audiocubes, to their dismay, discovering that the adapters do not serve the purpose that they were purchased for. Once again, that was the one and only purpose of my post, so please correct me if it does not relate to the topic.

Hey grawk, I happen to have the AT501CS 1/8" to 1/4" adapter from audiocubes and I can confirm that they are not screw ons.

I see..., you see I'm still level 1 so I think I should go pick up some cmoy kits first... I just don't know where to start DIY. The only thing I can do is solder.

Judging by the previously released Denon headphones, do you guys think headphones made by Denon, excluding all the baseless posts and impressions on Head-Fi, are good for their price, or somewhat justify their comparatively high prices?
-
haha this looks great, I want to demo >_< "Real Wood" <-- Can't believe they had to box that. What else could ~$1000 headphones be made out of? Plastic wood? edit: I have a feeling what is going to happen.. I'll prevent it myself. mod edit: no word games...

how difficult is it to build this?

I really enjoy this series. Has anyone else played it? I find it as good as Final Fantasy and unique because of its gameplay/combat and storyline. I recently saw they are working on the 3rd installment of the series for DS so I'm pretty happy. This is one RPG I reccomend anyone with PSP/PS2 to try out. The original is for PS1 but those cost around $90used and $250+new on ebay nowadays because of it's supply and demand. I'd say just play the PSP reprint with enhanced CG cutscenes. Of course, I have to think of what post second institutes I should go to, what I'm wearing tomorrow, WTF is y=-1/2f(2x-4)+2 on my math 12 hw that is due tomorrow (which I know is reflect x-axis, compress by 1/2 vertically, 1/2 horizontally, move 4 units to the right and 2 units up), what to eat for lunch tomorrow, should I buy Age or Conan or play WoW with my friends... etc etc. I enjoy electronics and audio video stuff. I don't see what is wrong with that. Parents don't mind that I brief them with some information that will allow us to have an educated purchase and my house has only one tv, a 31" standard definition over 11 years old Mitsubishi. Did I really have to go through all that trouble to explain that? Honestly I don't think my question deserves a facepalm.. mod edit: again, you are not worthy of the

For some reason I can't stand Tempur pillows. The neck one irritates my neck too much and the standard pillow doesn't feel so comfortable as well. BTW here it is SLEEP COUNTRY.. CANADA!! but when I went to the states it had the same jingle but it was SLEEP COUNTRY... USA LOL.. my brother and I lol'd at it.

You know I've been looking into that. I was going to buy this 2 weeks ago. Pioneer USA - Elite PRO-110FD I saw a demo of it a month ago and it was really nice. I finally decided to go pick it up at the store. To my surprise, they sold all their units including the demo unit probably because a newer model (Pioneer USA - Elite PRO-111FD) is comming out. I'm waiting for the PRO-111FD Kuro and then I can finally get rid of my 10year+ TV. I know this is kind of off topic but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know the difference between LCD and Plasma? I've done my research so far and I've found that... LCD: Brighter No "burn" damage from displaying the same colour in the same pixel. There used to be an angle problem that makes the LCD unviewable from a 45degree or larger angle, but it's fine now. Plasma: It has deeper blacks and much better colour overall. It can suffer from "burn" marks. For example, if I use a Plasma to browse the internet via firefox for 2 whole weeks without shutting the TV/computer off, then the interface of firefox that has remained the same for the whole period of time will cause the pixels displaying it to "burn" and remain the same colour. It is kind of like those ATM machines with those afterimages, etc. I know the technical differences, does anyone have any experiences to add to it? I'm pretty much set on getting this plasma, but my alternate choice is a Sharp LCD. Now I just have to wait a few months for the new Pioneer to come in so I can go demo it.

haha I guess, it's just that I feel ripped off like this. I always try to buy the best of any product lines and Sony just discountinued it. >_< Sure I can still connect my PS2 and finish my endless amounts of RPGs but it would be a hassle if I got a PS3 and had to switch cables every once in a while.
-
wow congrats man.. looks so nice.. I hope we can get some impressions soon

i heard the 80gb one cannot fully play all ps2 games yet, but they keep releasing patchings to hopefully solve the problem. Honestly, emulation makes the PS3 seem so cheap because I can emulate a PS2 on my PC.. I don't get why would they take something so important out of the system to save a few bucks.
-
It doesn't come with PS2 emulation. The 60gb comes with Hardware (Emotion Engine) that is used in the PS2. The new 80GB are all software emulation. I have a lot of PS2 games.. probably over 30 so I want PS2 compatibility. All those downloadable demos and stuff will fill up the 40gb eventually too.. faster than a 80gb and 60gb atleast.

yea I was kind of talking about this one but that one seemed to have failed since it was scheduled for june and nsjong and some other guy I was talking to said it might not happen.
