  1. If it is $750, I'd rather save another $150 and get a macbook personally. Its a pipe dream, but this would own at $200
  2. My only concern on vinyl is this: Now that trend is doing his own thing sans big record labels, will the vinyl have different mastering than the digital version. And you know it was created digitally to begin with. I think I may get the high rez down the line.
  3.        Not even the cover finished downloading properly
  4. Simple solution to that; someone put it up on Sendspace or MegaUpload, as opposed to a torrent. If no one else does, I will do so.
  5. Yeah. Another idiot moment of mine. Plus I tend to make posts quick during the day if its not during lunch break
  6. ah. In that case, I take back the part about not arguing
  7. The high rez is blu ray. I dont know of any 'audiophile' blu ray players, so I dont know how easy it will be to hear properly. I guess if you can drag the files on a computer with a BR drive, then some how burn your own DVD A it would work, but that is assuming the tracks are drag and drop capable, as opposed to ripping.
  8. I don't fully grasp this; how do young people opting out increase the total number of insured people? Are you saying that more people decide to get insured after the rates increase? Not arguing with you, I just dont quite get what your saying. (points to avatar's sig)
  9. I agree. I want to add 2 words: 1. FIMA 2. Superdome
  10. I think I was probably hip deep in F Zero, Street Fighter 2, Zelda and Super Mario World for Super Nintendo at the time.
  11. It sounds like thats the case. Just as long as there is a lossless version, I am happy. Optimally, I'd also like the option for physical media to remain, but the lossless is whats most important.
  12. there is a listen pop-up box with at least some of the music for your browser
  13. I cant even imagine how much awesomeness will be packed in this release. Instrumental NIN. I mean, does it get any better?
  14. Happy birthday. You're in good company:
  15. Here is a rundown: Free mp3 download of the first 9 tracks $5 for your download choice of DRM free FLAC or ALAC (or mp3) $10 for a 2 CD digipack shipped April 8, with a link to download said lossless formats above then some more esoteric options, including a $75 package with high rez files on a Blu Ray disc I personally opted for the CD, just because. I didnt have enough time to download and put on my iphone before leaving for work though Here is what the DL page looks like
  16. Jebus, how do I not hear about these things sooner? Of course I am buying
