  1. Nice. I still havent done that and its been months...
  2. Found some of my new CDR spindles, so I'm sitting here listening and burning. Pretty eclectic morning so far... Bjork - Debut Astor Piazzolla - Tango Zero Hour Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory current: Talking Heads - Remain In Light up next: Pulp - This Is Hardcore
  3. Happy Birthday
  4. 3 hour meeting w/ vendor. Apparently we're ready to take over the world or something. Why isnt this reflected in my salary?
  5. Kashiwa Daisuke - Program Music 1 I'd place this along with Gridlock - Formless (my post earlier) in my top 5 electronic albums of all time.
  6. Bernanke is heading up the federal hard drive cache dept. next month
  7. THAT IS WHY YOU FAIL
  8. cant wait till that comes out

  10. is it the target or castle? they are much better than the recent ones (paging deepak)
  11. "yoga flame"
  12. already did check out Rhinestone Eyes, its great.
  13. Jesus Christ, this is actually kind of great. Brick walled of course, but its got 3 or 4 amazing songs. I'm surprised, I usually only listen to one or two songs from their past albums. This is a protools-laden electronic-type of album, if someone like ELO made such a thing. Fantastic.
  14. Northwinds - Masters of Magic
  15. Compared to woofer, it looks disproportionate. But I say that to all the girls.
  16. tweeter looks too big
  17. Happy Birthday
  18. I usually dont go in for the style either. Repeat listens in it are all the more rare. The lyrics are what pulled me in to this one, followed by the use of (gasp) dynamics (not used to this w/ this genre), and also listening to it in completion was key. This one needs to be heard as an album, as far as I'm concerned. I tried skipping around and it lost some of its magic. I do hear alot of genres here though, maybe even a bit of a Pinback clean tone in places, if a bit more nasal. Guitars have a kind of Tool vibe in the soft passages, if you sped up the average Tool riff just a bit. Oh and I'm listening to it yet again...with the REL T3 subwoofer dialed in:prettyprincess:
  19. 3rd time through today. Really digging the concept of a hardcore concept album, about love of all things. Very un-hardcore. Which is hardcore.
  20. Again. I think this is probably the best lyrical content of anything I've heard thats come out in the last few years. This is going to be a go-to item for a while, methinks.
  21. It does make future g.a.s. decisions a bit easier though.
