Why I continue to drink the uisge beatha - 'water of life'

So a cheers to a friend of mine.. Glenn Emge.. 51 years old.. Worked with (and partied with) for many years, passed away a few days ago at my work from a heart attack, after his workout in the morning. Coworkers worked on him, but there was nothing more to do. To a great kind man, that he (and his family) deserved more time... RIP...

Baked my own crackers based on own wild yeast starter.. worked out really well.. (different styles - cheese - salt - pepper - sesame seeds)

^^ this. I got my Quad ef2's off Ebay in France (for the ES1), did not have the best numbers, but they were close to the same specs. I think it was just under $200 at the time. My only point is that maybe look around the world as long as you can trust the source.
