Sara Bareilles 2015 what's inside.

I have been using a foam mattress for the last 13 years. I think that it is more the firmness of this bed vs my old one. I will give it a little more time.

I think it was Ikea - many years (15) ago .. Maybe Scandinavian Designs.

Cheers team. Many thanks Day was okay evening with old friend was great. Little choco and whisky was a treat.

So I have had the leesa mattress for over a week now. I am not sure if it is the right one for me. It has an initial softness but then conforms and has good support. My only real issue is that I have trained myself to be a side sleeper to help with snoring and better rest. I have noticed solder pain starting to come on as I continue to use the new bed. At first it caused me to have a lot of tossing and turning, but now that I have settled in, the pain has come in. I will continue to use this one for a bit (I have 100 days), but I may order up another bed in the meantime (Casper or Tuft & Needle) But it was fun to unpack...

Stop playing.. Start drinking.

I use to really like the OP21 (port finish). But it has been years. I use to drink it when it was under $100 a bottle. I cannot vouch for the current bottlings and no clue if it is worth the current price. You are correct naaman. HP25 is subtle, 18 is a better drinker. Is the 30 worth the extra over the 25? Well for me no, but a bottle of 30, that you have a little but over years can really come alive. First out of a new bottle I found a little harsh, with some burnt notes. As it oxidats over years, those things can integrate into some lovely things. But I have a lot of open bottles for years. So I get to play this game. Yeah and Serge at whisky fun is a great source. I don't agree with all his notes and ratings, but they are honest and true to what he tasted. Probably should have jumped on the BB40 bandwagon. Oh well - I think I will be fine. [emoji482]

after you get one for Bryan (been looking)...

Yeah didn't even try for the George T Stagg this year (or last).. I have a small pile of early bottles - good enough... I am tired of fighting for whisky - and waiting in beer lines.

These are little more on the hearty side but not dense as in thick or sticky - adding the porridge give more hearty texture and not as much lift. It also makes it moist - but on the good side - slightly chewy and super crisp crust with the added protein. Cheers

Yes I have still have been baking, a lot.. Starting to get the hang of this thing. Something new that came out well, thought I would share. This is a combo bulgur flour that I ground up at home, along with oat flour, that I made with adding bulgur porridge as well. At a high hydration.. Really nice bake and flavor Good eats with unsalted cultured butter. Cheers
