Love, Death and Robots, on Netflix. It''s pretty great.

What taper did you choose for the strap? I always have 20mm straps made to taper down to 16mm.

First Man. It was incredible. Since I didn’t get to watch it in the theater, I’m glad I got to see it with a full HD projector in a 100 inch screen.
-
That movie was fucking amazing. I feel so glad that I got to meet the man.
-
How big of a dork am I that I put on my pre-moon in preparation for watching First Man? Mr. Armstrong presented me with my Eagle Scout badge; I'm very interested in seeing how the portrayal is, having actually met the man. I wish I had been able to see this in the theater, but at least I can watch it on large projection screen!

Inaugural projector movie is The Fall. 100 inches worth in full HD. It’s insane to me that this is my bedroom system.

BTW, Dave: strap end-links that fit the 16570 Explorer 2 should fit that case just fine. I had a pair for my 16570, so I know they exist (I got that set off rolexforums.com). Anyway, that watch is a beauty: I dunno if there is a better two watch collection than the Saxonia thin and a Perpetual. That dial would be my choice, too, I think. My GMT 2 says "hi."

I have worn Oyster watches with that style of end link. At the end of the day, I like an Oyster on a bracelet best. I might still have some of the endlinks, but who knows where they are...

Come on, the "outstanding" was obviously in response to Birgir saying he was going to get a pair.

Sometimes you want a cheeseburger, but you are really trying to be vegan again, and you are lazy, and it's Wednesday. Good vegan mayo is better than Hellman's. That's a "skinny bun." You forget it's not a brioche after you bite into it.

I did an exercise on the app that combined free weights with the bike. I don't see why I would ever do free weights by themself, ever again. I feel like I've been through a ringer! This bike was maybe the best gift my mother has ever given me, from the standpoint of quality of life, and she has given me some exceptional gifts. I finally think I have the saddle position dialed in. That really make a big difference to the perineum!

Boy is this a lot better with the new pedals and shoes! I did a 45 minute advanced beginner course, today. I am bushed!

I subscribe to Apple Music through the college sub, and I have the hifi sub to Tidal. I love Tidal, snake oil or no. High Rez is something I've double-blinded (if you knew me, TMoney, you would know about my double-blind experiments; it's a big part of what Head-Case was founded on), and it is demonstrably better. It may just be the mastering, but better mastering in high res is better than worse mastering in not. No?

I ended up doing forty five minutes of free weights this evening, and I have enough endorphins going that I want to jump back on the bike. I think that is a good sign.

I finally got the Sunny set up and adjusted, and I did an intro Peloton 30 minute course last night. Boy do I feel it today! I'm going to rest today and get back on tomorrow (I also get my Shimano shoes and pedals tomorrow, which I think will be great).

"HOLY SHIT!" retracted. Oris Thelonious Monk, today. It really is an excellent watch, though I don't wear it that much.
-
Fortunately not; she looks high maintenance. A funny thing is how she chose that particular bike. I had told her that I wanted to get a spin bike. She called Amazon (on the phone!), asked to talk to an exercise expert, and that is the one that was suggested as being the best bang for buck.

Well shit: my mother was kind enough to buy me one of these: Sunny Spin Bike
-
Thanks guys! I have a bit of research to do before I buy something.

Gustin raw denim skinny experiment #2 has me realizing that skinny jeans just aren't for me, though I can now sing soprano parts.
-
Think it's worth double the price of the one I linked? I've had an Airdyne; it's not really quite the same workout...

So, I want to get a spin bike for home, after having done some spinning at gyms. Obviously I want the Peloton, but I just can't bring myself to spend the money, for some reason. Does anybody have one of the knock-off bikes? I'm strongly considering one of these. I don't think I'll mind a simple knob for resistance adjustment.
