that page says you can do "From the approachable (and reasonably flat) 22-mile Piccolo Fondo, to the hilly 71-mile Medio Fondo and the challenging 101-mile Gran Fondo that serves up 6,500 ft. of climbing" then further down it says "The Gran Fondo Virginia offers three routes of 22, 52 and 102 miles." 22 miles, especially flat, is hardly worth doing, 71 is a bit much. 52 could be good if it's really an option.

Are HifiMan HE-400's overkill for my needs?
i think it's because Amazon sells the HD600 and Senn has lost control over pricing with them. HE-400 im sure is no where as popular outside of smaller sellers

I may have an answer for this one. USPS re-uses first class international and possibly Priority International tracking #s. You see the tracking info from the last recipient until as late as the next day after the package is scanned. I have to explain this every time i ship an international package through USPS. Luckily, it hasn't cost me any knee-jerk chargebacks yet.

ppl is leaving TRIAD AUDIO
my impression of Larry was that he was interested in paying that month's bills, and nothing more. whatever is the bare minimum. and as I have been guilty of doing too much work myself when it is wise to let others handle it, Larry took that to another level.

i think they do start at 1000. why, i dont know, maybe to make it look more popular. and in the case of the SR-009 the serial #s are definitely consecutive. all other stax products i receive have higher serial #s than the previous order (and i'm surprised by how many of the amps they make -- probably almost all for Japan)
