  4. Happy birthday!! Guys have an excellent evening!
  5. Oh, she is a surprise redhead!
  6. he, I am forgetting we are talking mainly pain relieve here! heh!
  7. I agree with the lack of evidence at the right doses, but the range of limit dose vs toxic lower limits seems narrower compared to other choices. So why risk it... . I guess, the worrying part, at least for me at this point, is the uncertainty between the risk of long term use (i.e. the go to med for kid's fever, etc). and the low margin of "taking a bit too much" to supposedly cause liver damage. Anyway
  8. This! Although I'd go with ibuprofen first. There is too much uncertain "grey area" on liver-damage coorelated cases coming to light now to really be certain what is going on with the acetaminophen's catabolism. They may or not be a true coorelation, but I am limiting the use of this drug until there is sufficient evidence, one way or another.
  9. Good luck!
  10. I think that flexibility works when kids reach an age in which they understand what a weekday vs weekend is. Otherwise it is just too confusing
  11. In my experience, one thing that is critical is to stick to the routine with kids. It will help you and help them. With the infant is easier. With older kids, naps and bed time schedules are a must! Also, no candy at least 3 hours before bed! I had the girls, 2yr 10mo and 4yr 5mo, for 13 days by myself a few weeks ago. My biggest fear was sickness. They got sick, but luckily for me, a few days before mommy was coming back, so I just had the last few days of complete chaos. I find that it is fun to relax a bit the norms, but not too much. Ben may be too young to recognize this though. My 4.5yo is quite the button pusher and will most definitely try to push boundaries.
  12. Yikes! Sorry to hear about that nasty crash and bone crush Justin. Here is hoping for the fastest recovery.
  13. down hill, you get off the seat and lower the center of gravity behind the seatpost.
  14. I have to say that I was utterly confused myself, but I kept quiet. I thought it was your other bike then that had 9spd drivetrain as indeed 7800 is a 10s group. I got super confused when I saw you posted that you were going to leave it with 9s. Well, I am glad it is all clear now!
  15. I think you'll snap into the geometry in no time Nate. It is just a matter of a couple of rides. I am betting you'll flip that stem back down in no time. I have the same opinion on shimano. Don't like the looks, love the shifting. I had DA 7800 --which i think is what you have there--, on a tcr advanced (which I sold) and the shifting was always solid. Those Ksyriums in your bike are one of the best bangs for the. Buck wheels out there. To the point that people hunt the in the used market for cyclocross. SO all and all, that was a great score and I am glad you like how it rides!
  16. Great looking Calfee! Out of the box looks great.
  17. Great pics guys, I am sorry I missed this! Jeff, you look great man!
  18. Happy Birthday!
  19. Are you hanging out there? Are there after ride activities? I.e. drinking with Jens after the long ride is done?
  20. Happy 60th Hirsch!! Have a very happy birthday!
  21. Hooray! How was it?
  22. Layers, light enough that you can stash them in your back pocket. One long sleeve base layer should be good, You can peel that off when it reaches 60. If you have a winter glove with a lining: I usually use the liner glove under a standard short fingered glove... Leg warmers? I hate them myself though. In this situation what I do is I wear a lighter tight that I can roll up when it warms up. Good luck!
  23. Awesome!!! I didn't know Neil Patrick Harris was into cycling, OK, OK, I keed, I keed...
  24. Pics or it didn't happened!!!
  25. what's the big deal, someone pulled over by a cop? Being watched by a guy in an ROTC jacket?
