Second that, take your time and do it. That way you will learn to do it the way you like it. (i.e. level of overlap=padding; also where you want the more padding, usually at the flat/hood, etc) You can check the batt level by holding down one shifter button for a few secs. The "brain" will flash with a color indicating charge level. Green, orange, or red.

There was a lot of water (snow melt on the rd hillsides) on the road down on beach and the way up to the parking lot near military road. That's a magnet for gunk. May have to give sufferfest a try then Went for a very salty 25 miles today. Spent 30 mins getting all the crud out of the bike! Oiling the chain, cleaning cassette, hubs etc. Even my water was tasting salty after a while thee hee. Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2

I have some old spinerval videos (vhs! and dvd) and one contemporary. Anyone know how sufferfest compares to spinervals? I am of the opinion that no matter what indoor sucks. However if the new systems/base training bring integration and networking, that is a huge motivator in my experience.

I like the series as a whole. I am not sure I am down with Woody's performance. Seems forced/fake, specially the rage/anger. what they showed of what's coming seems very promising.

Did 50 miles on the Florida Trail to close the year! Edit: (it's Indian name withlacoochee) Re: hydrolites, I've had luck also with nuun. I've also used the scratch every-day mix. I like it better. No after taste. It is significantly more expensive though
