You could get them at Newark

Yeah and stocks were nearly depleated immediately. I had tons of plans for these too...

What strikes me about these horns is the soundstaging. It is quite nice and would be bettered only by a nice room and treatments in terms of upgrades I think, the electronics are very complementary. The subs and bass amp are done. Next step is the active crossover. Random phone shot:

Just bought a new one and waiting for it to arrive and compare to my retina mbp.

wierd. I couldn't figure out how to get to that point, the processor option was never there. Thanks!

Is it possible to order an i7 Air? This seems to suggest so: http://www.macworld.com/article/1167418/ultimate_macbook_air_2012_models_put_to_the_test.html But I cannot order it online.

I've been informed by a wise HF member that this seems like a dead meet. Ok, I didn't quite catch that, but thanks for making it clear If anyone wants to meet up, please let me know via PM! Steve, if you decide to come down, bring your K1000 as I may have a new amp done very soon that I'd love to try them out with.

This. I had a slim wallet rubber-banded to my iphone 3GS and had a couple cards go bad, long before I would have expected.

Looks to be last-gen (MC968LL/A)

Just upped to 80mph as well

ok, figured out the map thing: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF&msa=0&msid=213952002794498271506.0004cced113e7343a031c There are few things I cannot delete. Like "Nice Kicks" no idea why that is there and "313 E 6th" should be Midnight Cowboy Modelling (a brothel turned craft-cocktail bar) and I cannot edit the description, which is annoying. Need to add some more places, but it's a work in progress.

Guys, sorry for the delinquency. Saving the interwebs from the evil criminals has taken up a lot of my free time. My place is still free, and has plenty of room. I tried to start a Google map to identify places, but the race track doesn't come up when I search for it and it wasn't obvious how to add new markers to a saved map. I'll try more later. I remember one of my first conversations with Al and jp# at a really nice brewery in SF when I asked how does one pull off a nice big, fun HC meet. The answer he gave at the time was to make sure tyrion showed up heh. I'm not sure what the formula is these days, but I have a feeling whatever the secret is, I haven't been doing it. Random thought: remember the last time when you rushed out to make sure you had that new piece of gear, or tweak before the upcoming meet? I kinda liked that rush, haven't felt that in a while. So, what can I do at this point to help? What I really need from you guys (i.e. those coming) is an "in" and "out" date/time, that's rather useful. Who's going to be the next person "in"?

I have tons of screen shearing problems with mine.

Polyester is fine. Whatever fits honestly.

I think we'll have plenty of room... Fitz, I'm not sure what to recommend, but I think San Marcos would be a possibility. It's between here and San Antonio. I think you might have a hard time finding something. On the North side there is Georgetown and Salado. Try those three, and report back I guess and we can go from there!

Vandersteen 2ce?

For sale: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330805832945 * affiliated with the seller and stand to gain from the sale of this unit. I actually paid $2250, without the floppy and GPIB box and feel this is a good price for the unit. More pics available upon request.

Finally got around to powering up a build ive been working on forever to find out I had a bad solid state relay. It failed in a wierd way essentially being a huge current limiter. Tempting fate and ordering another used one. Also got another oscillicope in today that is my endgame-1. Need to put my previous model on Ebay. Also tested my differential probe. The new scope has an ethernet connection so I'm looking for a wireless bridge of sorts to play with. Fun geeky stuff.

Yup still going to be here. Stupidly though I will be in Ann Arbor during homecoming. I will start a Google map with the to-do list

Ari explained why above.

I like it. Nothing wrong here.

Or get the 150 and go push pull.

Find Pano's thread at DiyA on "how much power do I really need" and answer this question. The reason is, this will tell you how much voltage swing and thus how high of rails you will need. For what it's worth, any First Watt design can be adapted for more voltage swing and more current. I'd think the Aleph2 would be pretty similar. I'd recommend the Aleph J-X or one the Burning Amp series amps.
