Did he offer any guidance on what to expect in terms of accuracy? In otherwords, how inaccurate can it be and he will still take it back and fix things without you incurring additional cost?

Just curious, what position did you start with all of the pots? I believe there a few posts in this thread with pretty detailed startup sequences, curious if you read those or just tried to wing it.

Zingerman's has pretty good pickles as well. I do eat there a fair bit. And when I don't eat there, I'm getting coffee and ice cream next door
