  1. Maybe he's trying to keep the price flexible. It seems that a lot of people post in that thread after talking with him over the phone and placing an order.
  2. those look like prescription glasses to me...
  3. Quality, as in a part costing a whole dollar!! no way!
  4. probably the key is to stop using your other 4-5 accounts here, and just focus on posting from this one I've only met... er 3 people that post here in person? So, for all I know EdipisReks == Postjack == Dusty Chalk == Nenso
  5. I'm padding my post count, dunno about everyone else...
  6. be careful, or you'll have people demanding that you sell them your new SP-404 :)
  7. no, you're using Google Chrome.. a lot of links aren't working.. like Voltron's boothbabe pic for example.
  8. The sooner you realize how bad of an analogy this was, the longer you'll hang around, me thinks.
  9. you have to be kidding me... do you actually give a crap about what Jocko Homo, Pedro, and carlosfm think?
  10. heh, that isn't saying much.
  11. just curious, how did you go about grounding the shielding?
  12. meh, perhaps you're right. I guess they'll have to work as double entendre instead
  13. sure! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOVwokQnV4M The all time best "G string" piece is the "Moses Fantasy" though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zG_YLwAYYA0
  14. Hm.. I prefer Bach, perhaps "Air on the G String"?
  15. I'm assuming Jacob is still validating the boards and going to place the order for the prototype boards. I'm also assuming Icarium has placed an order for the toroid prototype. I'm planning on ordering the rest of the passives for the prototypes as well, just need to sit down with the board files and the BOM and see if the BOM makes sense or not. I thought Jacob was posting a BOM, hence the reason I haven't done this, as I was going to compare his to Digipete's as well...... so, I'm in a holding pattern as well.
  16. yup, I 100% agree. I don't plan on using them horizontally though
  17. four feet of 8.5" wide heat sink extrusion

I got one too... I'm not sure what I'd use it for, but peer pressure got to me.
  19. This is a tough one. My suggestion would be Diana Krall's "Girl in the Other Room" on Verve, specifically the first (of four) sides.
  20. what, you don't paint all your LEDs used in CCSs black to avoid the photoelectric effect?
  21. yeah, also how can this be true, if it doesn't travel through the PCB traces: "I have to doubt anyone can really hear sonic effects of two RCA connections, doubled up relay contacts and a couple inches of very low capacitance silver wire"
  22. There are these things called double-sided boards... an amazing technology
  23. Dusty++
  24. BTW, it seems bullshit that the audio doesn't touch the PCB... but I'm not going to waste time thinking about it.
