The ones reason I like the EN3 are they are cheap, decent pin densities and most importantly have PCB mount versions.

I like Switchcraft EN3 series.

What if each guest operating system ran a remote window manager (rdp, vnc, etc) and then the host just displayed each on a different monitor/desktop/ whatever? I use KVM usually, but that is due to the specialized work I do that more or less requires it.

Pomona are crap compared to ez-hook and they have a HV version. Edit: maybe it's a high temp version. Regardless, they are nice.
