That's why I said IMO. I like OS X, but I'm not a big fan of the Dock and find Windows 7 taskbar a lot more functional and prettier also.

Lion looks an awesome upgrade for the price, even Paul Thurrot likes it! Too bad they didn't update the look more, especially the Dock which looks a bit dated IMO.

Symphony X - Iconoclast Another solid album by SX. Still the "ballsy" sound that was on Paradise Lost, but a bit more balanced between the heavy and melodic parts. Russell Allen is still in top form, the best heavy metal vocalist at the moment IMO.

I doubt flash uses much more battery life than most of the useless apps and games people use on their iOS devices. At least, Apple could offer the option to turn on Flash with a warning on the effects of doing so. The only reason Apple doesn't offer flash is because they want to sell more apps and force people to pay for videos instead of streaming whatever they want for free.

I just tried one of their recipes, mediterranean eggplant and barley salad. Turned out very good! I replaced the barley with bulgur because I had some on hand, but otherwise I followed the recipe.

Yes - Fly From Here I bet opinions will be divided on this one. Sounds to me like a weaker Drama with a more modern sound, kind of like Drama-era Yes meets Asia. Far from their classic output of the 70s, but better than most of their 90s stuff. Thumbs up to the new singer Benoit David, who's no Jon Anderson, but still does a very respectable job. Still hoping Wakeman and Anderson will join back one last time before they retire for good, because while this album is ok, it's not the "real" Yes.

I've never tried the Aeropress, but I've heard good things about it. French press works well for me so I've never bothered investing in an Aeropress. Next coffee move I make will be a good espresso machine when I have some spare money. Espresso is really the worst value when it comes to making coffee, but nothing compares to a good shot IMO.

I second Dan with french press, it makes better coffees for the price than the pod machines I've tested. Plus, it allows you to experiment with different beans, water volume, temperature, etc. Get a Bodum for 20$, a decent Burr grinder for 100$ and you're set.

I love my Dell U2311H monitor, their IPS screens are really great for the price. I could hardly go back to a non-IPS monitor now and anything smaller than 1080p I feel like I'm lacking space. I ordered a pair of Luna sandals earlier today.
