You're a skier and probably don't need to be told this, but be sure to put sunscreen on the bottom of your nose. UV is reflected by the snow and I've seen people with nasty sun burns there after skiing all day in bright sunlight.

If the sink is too close, just install with short wood screws or with the piece of hardware (forgot what it's called) that has the appropriate bolt threads on one end and wood screw threads on the other.

I normally use Firefox. It also normally gives a pop-up menu with that option among several others. However, when browsing HC, right-click does the same thing on images that left-click does, i.e. bring up the image in a pop-up. I just tried Chrome and right-click with it brings up the pop-up menu. Maybe I have a weird setting in Firefox, though HC is the only site where I've had this peculiar behavior.

I used PK-2 earbuds in this situation. They did a pretty good job of supplying music, masking exterior noise and not irritating neighbors while being really easy to take in and out.

Maybe you can get REI to make one of them hipster/douche-free.

That probably works but wouldn't be to code in California. Possibly the least painful "to code" fix would be just to change out the plain, non-grounded 3-wire outlets for GFCI outlets. It's not as good as having a ground but much better than having no ground. A better thing to do would be to rewire the just circuit(s) you need for your music room.
