There's something wrong in Colorado...
After what he did to Tom and what you are going through, the number of faithful has dwindled considerably. Yes, a "completed" amp would tempt people. Still, they would be stupid to give him money until the amp was provably shipped. You shouldn't do it either. Wait until Monday. The only real rule on HC is don't be an asshat. So you can't be an asshat, at least not for long. Don't forget the potential criminal charges if you try to intimidate him, especially physically. All he has to do is not allow you into his office or home and you are stuck. If you force your way in, it's trespassing. Dan is doing the right thing. If he ends up paying and the amp doesn't show, he'll have basis for a fraud charge. It's much better to on the "no criminal charge" side of this argument. Maybe he was just building up (padding) his feedback.

I agree with this. Unless SP is in receivership, the accounts payable person is almost certainly Mikhail's wife. Dan, have you asked to speak to the "accounts payable" person? I suggest doing so. It's really too bad that it's come down to this. I don't see how SP can survive now unless Mikhail finds a new market where his reputation is unknown. With the web, that's pretty hard to do.

Happy Turntable Day Tyrion!
Oops, forgot to say congrats on the table. It looks great and I hope to hear it someday, though that will probably be at jp#s' or Voltron's.

Happy Turntable Day Tyrion!
That's what I told Stacy, "No more birds! And I mean it". Shortly thereafter we got Oscar, our macaw.

Better to have a bone specialist drop in. Or someone with a shovel. I don't think that an escrow service really applies in this situation. Whether Dan will pay or not is not at question. That's assuming he's satisfied. If he's not satisfied, something else would have to be done. Dan won't "walk" with the amp.

Post the last thing you bought!
As recommended by others here, just ordered a black, plain blade Benchmade 556 mini-griptilion.

The Headcase Stax thread
Just a warning here. Discerning subtle differences between headphones in meet conditions is impossible. There is just too much noise. If you really hope to get a real comparison a CanJam09, you'll have to do it in a quiet room somewhere.

This is easy to do. Just track it on the shipping site and don't pay until the package, which must be addressed correctly, is actually picked up. What isn't easy to do is to confirm that the box contains you expect.

Nate thinks Jason is a menace2society (the sportbike, not ipod, topic)
107 mph @ red line in first gear. You don't need that? To JB: I do think that you'd have more fun on something like a Suzuki SV650S or a Triumph Street Triple.

There's a huge difference between a GT250R and an RS250. It's kind of like the difference between PX100 and HD600 headphones.
