    Audeze LCD-2

That's because there are no dollar $igns on the MP3s.
  3. Good luck Naaman. Hopefully everything will work out well for you and your family. Steve, I hope that a vet can help with your dog's vision. However, with your help I'm sure he'll do fine either way.
  4. I guess my sarcasm wasn't subtle enough?
  5. Why? That's never been a requirement before.
  6. Happy Birthday, Todd :prettyprincess: Have a great one!
  7. Happy Birthday Guys! :prettyprincess: Also belated congratulations on the World Cup win, Antonio.
  8. It looks like a recent change is to have sliders for large items such as pictures. Not only is it unnecessary, it usually is in the way. If there is a group of pictures, one has to scroll down (using the browser vertical slider) to the horizontal slider, reposition the page using the horizontal slider and then scroll back up to the picture. All browsers support horizontal scrolling and do it better and easier than display software. Can we remove the sliders in VB and let the browsers handle it?
  9. Is there a way to search one's messages?
  10. CanJam '11 in the Caymans. Nobody has to bring anything because Wayne already has everything. Nice article Wayne.
  11. Congrats Brent!

I imagine that's exactly how you felt after you set up your Ayre. Sorry that there was a problem with it though we're all sure that Ayre will quickly make it right.
  13. I agree. Resolving the problem and bringing several cases of Supplication will fix everything.
  14. I understand that Red Vodka is pretty inexpensive.
  15. I worked as a wild land fire fighter for two summers back in my college days. When it comes time to humping hoses up a steep hill, a big hose was definitely a detriment. In this situation, I'd take a 3/4" hose over a 3" hose any day.
  16. What about a cooler with the Markl mods?
  17. Congrats Al. The DAC looks simply Moth, i.e. wonderfully retro.
  18. The flip side to this is when believers can't tell the difference in a blind test. To justify their beliefs, they belittle the test or say that it takes a lot of listening to hear the differences. You did this? Why? If you don't give a rat's ass, why are you ranting about it? If it really does take a long time to hear the difference, it's much more likely that one's brain has "broken in", not the equipment. The brain is many orders of magnitude more plastic and adaptive than any piece of hi fi equipment. However, if this is enhances your enjoyment of the hobby, then it is a good thing for you to do. Does it really matter if the differences are real or perceived? I don't think so.
  19. The Whole Foods in SB is the only local place where one can find Russian River brews. Even then, it's not much and goes quickly. I was in there yesterday and there was none. Fortunately, the beer guy told me that they would get the Supplication today. So I made another visit. Edit: It's also the only local beer store where I've found Kasteel Rouge.
  20. Vegan potato salad. Vegan green been salad with onions and tomatoes. Whole wheat hot dog buns. 3 bottles of Russian River Supplication Hooray for Whole Foods!
  21. Yes, you must have $10K interconnects or you are not doing the $250 amp justice.
  22. That's OK, I think that he has it backwards too.
  23. I'm sure that Mikhail brought in a lot more money than Markl has dreamed of. So you have the question backwards IMO.
  24. I agree. One strip of bacon isn't near enough. Sorry to hear about your ankle Vicki. Before doing anything, I suggest getting a second opinion.
