Revision traumatology for a throbbing pain in my left knee. I have been treated only with anti-inflammatory and painkillers. I have a partial tear of the outer ligament of my left knee. In principle the break is welded naturally but I have ordered total rest for two weeks. I'm a little fucked up.

I don't think that you are upsetting to anyone.

I'm not a big fan of using thermal paste either, but I've seen some photos where the transistors are quite stained.

Yes it´s very interest. I use too ceramic insulator +7721-10PPG + steel screws, like others members and I never had have problems with this combination. Edit... And I'm very careful not to stain anything with thermal paste.

Blueman2 used STN9260 and it seems that it worked.

jajaja no, no... it´s piece of cake. Only 42 kms probably we´ll only gain 1.500 or 1.800 m I live near there so I'm used to going up and down to Las Palmas city and Teror village. This is like one more training.

It's been a little over a week since the mod finished and I agree with MWL comments. I think it's worth doing or trying it before making a final configuration. Now I am testing some valves for the first stage. The process is still very interesting (as always). I think I like to have valves with a higher Mu close to that of an ECC81 Thanks Kevin, MWL and Jim

In nothing you will see that you are well.

track of the bottom bracket (I guess that's how it is said in English) looks burned, so first there was no grease there and on the other hand at some point, something (dust) entered and jammed the bearing. Are you sure that the tracks of the bearings are completely smooth? If you continue to disassemble the bike maybe the store refuses to accept the guarantee, be careful about it. Edit: Looking at the last picture you have put it looks like the bearing track in the bottom bracket case is quite scratched.

I also think that the bearing has seized. Can be water or dust too. Did not you notice anything strange while pedaling? noises or heaviness

Just out of curiosity, how much can a set of T2 pcb cost? With all due respect, $ 1295 seems to me an excessive price for a set of plates and the corresponding sand. What is clear is that despite everything there are always people willing to take risks and buy their things.

If you have "good wheels" (other cyclists of a similar level or a little higher than yours) by your side, setting a pace and giving relief, it should not be a problem to reach the finish line and set a good time. The problem is if you hook from the beginning to a group stronger than you, in a few kilometers you will be exhausted. In my case, the trick is to shoot, shoot, shoot ... and the day of the race, enjoy especially if you go with friends. Although you still have time, I wish you luck. At the end of September we have the flight to Gran Canaria and this year will be especially hard.

When I have to do those distances, I always get nervous. I guess it's normal. In the islands we make those distances but you never have "flat" areas so you have to go reserving for the next mountain pass. I think the best thing if you are insecure is to get into a group whose rhythm is similar to yours and keep a steady but affordable rhythm from the beginning. Does the route you have to do have a lot of elevation?

Thanks!!! No, I haven´t it. Normally we make the return by bike as well and the speeds we reach usually reach up to 80Km/h in some places (at the exit of the town of Teror for example). Yesterday when the road was cut by the race we got off in the team's bus. La volata

I wish the slopes here were so soft. ? Garmin is an American company … it is they who should be clarified with their software ?
