Guys, yesterday I used my Shars Tap Holder with the CFA heatsink... incredible, in just 25 minutes I had finished screwing all the holes. All have been perfect !!!!
Normally for this work I would need hours and surely some thread would be skewed.

While I'm waiting for a custom toroid for my CFAE, I work on my 6SA7g amp. This thing really sounds good but I have a ground loop in someplace and I'm not able to find it.
In a first attempt I will use my Universal PSU (GRHV +/-450v) with resistors to reduce the voltage (as in the Megatron).

Yes but in low levels I don´t think it's worrying. I have measured some RK27 (original of course) and in the levels to which I usually listen to music there is no difference between channels (a few milivolts max).
Other way is to use two stereo pot. (like some Stax amps) in case we worry too much about the balance.
